The woman who helped me recommended a lipstick that I wasn’t completely sure about but she said if I didn’t like it, I could bring it back. Sure enough, she was right, it is now my go to every day favorite lipstick!!

What a lovely staff! The wonderful person who did my make up couldn’t have been more lovely! Sandy did a terrific job. They have a huge amount of products to choose from. I will definitely return. And now I am amending this review having come back. And Sandy was there and also Lucy helped me and was really nice.

I am writing to share my recent experience with your customer service team, specifically regarding a phone call I had with Monica while inquiring about Rodail skincare products. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment our conversation began, I found Monica to be notably rude and unhelpful. Instead of receiving the assistance and information I needed, I was met with an attitude that felt dismissive and annoyed. It was disheartening to feel as though my inquiries were a burden rather than an opportunity to provide support and guidance. As a customer, I believe that courteous and professional service is essential, especially when it comes to something as personal as skincare. I was left feeling disappointed.

My friend and I, both being fairly clueless about makeup, went in seeking advice prior to a friends wedding. Alyssa greeted us at the door and immediately it was clear we were in excellent hands. She spent an extraordinary amount of time selecting products and showing us how to use everything. She ensured they were products we would feel comfortable using in the future and wrote out excellent directions complete with diagrams.
