Great to try on items rather than digital shoping. Womans beauty section excellent. I had help in womans section to get different sizes. Recommendation for " our customers usually like " this brand was correct for my choice too.

Great store for clothes but today I wanted wool ski socks for my dad; I did not see any so I think it's unlikely that going anywhere other than a sporting goods store or online would be a waste of time. 5 stars for being reliable enough for me to know what to do even though my needs weren't met!

Very sad to hear that we will no longer have Macy's in Santa Barbara. They've been a huge part in this town and their assortment, prices, staff and service has been amazing!!! I wish Macy's will find another space and be a part of our lives here!!!

No prices anywhere near the men's shoes. And no price check scanner. Very annoying to have to walk across the department to another department to check a price. But they're the only game in town so what ya gonna do 🤔

Came in just to browse. Mike (salesperson) walked up to us and said Good Morning. Nice. That is so much better than. Can I help you? He said it as if we were friends getting ready to go to breakfast, I think he even bent over and tied his shoe. We all bought something that we were just pondering on. I got a purse $160 & $80 of other stuff. Good look Mike

2025 March The store is so backwards. No longer do they display pricing, you need to download some app to find out pricing. Horrible store Internet, eight minutes to download, you need to sign up. If I need to login to see that the slacks in front of me are $200 I might as well price compare in going to Amazon. Lots of sections like sports casual, dress casual no longer a thing here. Just trashy every day or higher-endish… 2020 Where did the quality and customer service go??
