Came with a friend for my first K Spa experience and I'll definitely be back! Own being comfy in your own skin and give into the experience, it's so worth it. We found the facilities to be cared for and sanitary and felt safe health wise utilizing the amenities. Every staff we encountered was welcoming and helpful (these ladies work so hard!!) and the environment was respectful and warm. I'm a jiggly plus size mom, and was never treated with anything but normalcy, it's a very safe-feeling and nurturing environment. 100% do the whole shebang: the scrub, massage, facial and hair wash. You'll have literally every inch of skin on your entire body attended to and care for in such a skilled and caring manner. In the best way, I felt like a car getting a much needed full service tune-up with an extra buff, polish, and premium wax. Yes they will be all up in your crevices, and yes they will flip, toss, and scramble you like you're a shrimp on a hibachi chef's grill. All the typical things you've read are true but it's also indescribably so much more. The relaxation during and after was DEEP, much deeper than any other spa experience that I've ever had. I literally could not be bothered to lift a finger for the rest of the day I was so deeply zen, and I slept so freaking well that night. That feeling combined with your new, literally shiny skin (my husband said I came back a whole different COLOR) and I can see this being an absolutely regular necessity. If only they had food and a couple more rooms/experiences, this could be a all day activity. My only feedback would be a bit more direction or maybe a pamphlet/map/directions for first timers, but folks are nice enough to help you figure it out. Just do it already!

My first visit was 4 days ago. I went with a friend, and we both ooed and ahhed about how much we loved going there. She said it was the most relaxed she felt after a massage. We both got a scrub and massage. I enjoyed myself so much that I went back on the weekend with my partner. Tip: --If you don’t speak Korean, I would recommend talking with someone behind the front desk if you are getting a scrub or massage and have any specific needs. They will communicate your needs to the masseuse. Pros: --Large free parking lot --Clean facilities --Lots of lockers with locking system --Good solid steam room --Separate massage area --Free robes (don't have to bring your own --Very hot steam room --ATM for cash tips --Reasonable prices Cons: --Some body workers don't speak English

Not truthful about closing time and no discount when you arrive later. They use to close at 10pm and shut spa down at 10pm then they began shutting spa down at 9:30 pm. NOW spa shuts down at 9 pm😡! I was already upset about the 9:30pm closure since I tend to arrive later. They should have a $25 discount after 6 or 7 pm arrivals! Every quarter they shut down the facilities earlier and earlier, saying things must cool down. That’s why you pay employees to stay for the cool down. Not fair. Be honest and say you shut down at 9pm, as the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi spa tub all shut down so say so on the website😡. TERRIBLE with no discount. Please change your website.

I’ve been going to korean spa in Palo Alto for ages. Today decided to try Psy spa and save time on crossing the bridge. I booked scrab treatment online, half price was charged on card during booking. During checkin I saw that they charge 4% fee on card payments. No info about that on their website. Front desk lady called the owner and I explained that it is not a small amount of money, so they cannot apply fees on card payments. If I pay her cash, I won’t have enough cash to leave the tips for service. She offered to send zelle to her. After arguing with me for 10 min she finally agreed to take my card and don’t charge fees. I was given a basket with robe and towels. I did not know that I suppose to bring slippers. This spa is outdated and needs a complete remodel. It wasn’t clean. Plastic shelves had crumbles on them, hair was visible on shower stocks, ants were freely running on the walls. Also this spa doesn’t use particular brand of bath products. Refillable bottles with ‘who knows what in them’. For scrub the lady was using a brick soap with scrubbing gloves. Also seeing women scrubbers in transparent underwear was odd to me. Ladies, who perform treatments in spa that I usually go to, wear t-shirt and shorts. It was my first and LAST time visiting this place.

The men's shower facilities were terrible! There were no slippers, no bathrobes, and the woman at the front desk didn't explain anything! Even with the shower turned to maximum, the water was only lukewarm, and cold water kept coming out intermittently. Some of the shampoo and body wash dispensers on the wall were moldy! The entire bathroom was very cold, the steam room had no lights, and the scrubbing room was even colder. They had air conditioning but didn't turn it on – were they trying to make customers catch a cold or fever? This is the worst bathroom I've ever seen!

I’d like to consider myself a bit of a Spa junkie. I travel for work and anytime I find a city that has a Korean or Japanese style. Spa gets so excited to be able to check it out and wind down after work or a long week. I checked out this place first off the prices are ridiculous for just using the spa Second if you are a guy they require you to wear swim trunks never heard of this at any of the other Spa places if I wanted to wear uncomfortable crunchy swim trunks I would’ve just used the hot tub at the hotel not only that but it’s not like it’s super easy to get there. It’s like an hour drive and this wasn’t shown on their website or anything so if they’re going to have discriminatory practices Like this, they should definitely make sure it’s on the webpage and clearly visible that men will be required to wear clothes the entire time there. If you’re OK with that, then kudos to you, but it’s not part of the experience that I look forward to when I think Korean or Japanese like Spa.

The person at the reception was so nice and too kind. She greeted me upon my entry and explained everything. I opted for body scrub and Jason was just too good. Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Surely I will go back.
