Chris has a lot of hair care products for all hair types. He and staff always friendly. He closes at 7pm though.

I purchased $66 worth of merchandise and was charged $466. The cashier tried to shame me and tell me my card declined, very loudly smh Luckily my bank immediately texted me and I ensured them they overcharged me by $400. The receipt and the cash register only showed $66 being charged. I didn’t even finish my sentence before they corrected themselves trying not to get caught.

I wanted to look for hair at a new beauty supply and liked what I saw. They have a nice selection and other hair products that I like. They open at 9:30 and close at 7 p.m. The staff was helpful and the store was clean and organized.

I encourage you to take your business elsewhere!!! They have a beauty supply right across the street. My sister came into this beauty supply a few days ago looking to try a new style she saw on TikTok. I walked in a few minutes after her to check and see if she needed help because she’s under age and gets nervous. Mind you I have sunglasses and a hat on because any changes in light hurts my eyes both inside and outside due to an eye dilation I had done. So he probably thought I looked suspicious. The owner sees my sister walking with four packs of hair closer to the door (she’s looking for hair gel) and I could tell by the staff’s demeanor and body language he told them to watch her… shame on him. He shouts at her and says would you like me to hold all of your stuff. I told my sister you need to pay attention because he thought you where going to steal. Upon checkout my sister also used her own money to pay some cash and some on card he was counting her cash wrong purposefully and I noticed I took the cash back and recounted it in front of him LIKE WHAT A SCAM especially on a young girl shame on yourself and the Christian he claims to be, definitely fell short of the glory that day! I used to come in there every month and buy two to three wigs and I’ve seen the customer service he gives some good and some bad I’ve seen people throw things down and screaming he’s being racist and he gets in his feelings saying he’s not. Now I can actually see what they are talking about. I’d recommend coming here if it’s your last resort…Not to mention he upselling the same wigs you can get on Amazon for under 60$ some even 40$ same brand …. Use up his light bill find what your looking for and go online or to a different store with better customer service.
