So I was walking in the street a girl who works here called me and started talking to me , she told me come inside I’ll give you free products, she was a really good sales person I don’t doubt it , she sold me products that I don’t need , I came back to return them after I thought about it and about that I’m not going to use them , they showed me a sign they have inside the store saying that they don’t do refunds !! They didn’t tell me anything about it when I bought the products . The one star is for the good sales person they have. After all they only care about selling you

Was walking past here whilst in San Francisco on our way to china town and there was a sales assistant outside handing out free samples, so of course we took some. He then started a conversation with us, asking the usual "where are you from" etc and pulled us into the shop. He tested the products out on me (the eye cream, the scrub etc) and was a very very forceful salesman. I mean there’s being a salesman and then there is just being pushy and overdoing it. I then asked how much each product was as I was curious, until he showed me prices of $500+ I was so shocked and I obviously don’t have that kind of money so we told him we couldn’t afford anything. He continued asking why we couldn’t afford it, as if it was any of his business what financial position we were in, and we stated we had paid a lot for this holiday and had a budget of a certain amount everyday. He insisted that we should break our budget and buy one or more of the products. He did discount them hugely for us, but it was still too overpriced for what it was. He also insulted the products I use to make his seem better, which is not a very good sales technique. Avoid this place and walk past if they do try and grab your attention!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Sales person was extremely rude insulting my appearance, commenting on my hygiene, and touching me without my permission. I did not buy your overpriced products and I hope this place goes out of business soon. What an awful business model to harass customers.

The products work great I bought the eye collection and got results I have not seen before highly recommend ..

Really Interesting products, especially the eyes collection I've never seen anythingg like it before All around it was a funny experience and I am excited to see how the products work

Great product little pricey but worth love the combination with red and blue light give fabulous result

Average Products. Dodgy sales techniques. Avoid at all costs as they wont let you leave once you enter.
