Literally the worst experience of my life… The workers there make it seem like you’re bothering them. Not one person asked if I need help or If there was anything they could help me look for. The one time I asked for help looking for a shade for foundation made it seem like I was bothering them And when that shade was handed to me, it was just "here you go" and they walked off. I have never had issues with this location, but the lack of friendliness from the staff made me leave my basket full of items And go to Northstar Mall. I’d rather deal with the Northstar crowd, then ignored at Basse. Mind you I was clean cut and put together didn’t look a hot mess.

Victoria has amazing customer service every time I come in she greets me with a smile. She’s always warm and welcoming and there go any any questions I may have without hesitation.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Sephora location. I came in ready to shop and had a basket full of products, but the customer service completely turned me off from purchasing. I asked for help finding a skin tint suitable for oily/combination skin and was told there was "no such thing" and that no brands make skin tints for that skin type. The associate couldn’t name a single option or offer any helpful guidance. It felt dismissive and uninformed, especially for a beauty store that’s supposed to specialize in product knowledge and recommendations. Because of the lack of help, I ended up putting everything back and driving to another Sephora location. The difference was night and day — the associate there immediately gave me multiple suggestions and was able to name four different brands that make skin tints for oily/combo skin. I was ready to spend money and left frustrated instead. I hope this location invests more in product education and customer service, because this experience did not meet expectations at all

Everyone is super helpful and pleasant here. Very clean location that’s always pretty organized so everything is easy to find. I prefer driving right up and parking in front as opposed to fighting the La Cantera or North Star mall traffic.

It is was very nice in there, so many people in one place. They do have the top of the line make-up and perfumes. I know where go to go get all of my friends Birthday gifts.

If you are trying to have someone extremely either helpful/fun/professional then ask for Hugh! He made me have an amazing experience finding the products I was looking for and took the time to explain me why he recommended them!!!!

As a first time customer there, I was quite disappointed. I expected more... I was greeted by the door however as I was walking around the store and looking around. No MUA offered their assistance. As I looked I see most of them standing near each other and chatted/laughing around. Don't look forward coming back. If I ever do decide to give it another shot, hopefully it will be better experience.
