I went to this beauty supply today, they had what I wanted which was braiding hair. I did love the fact that they had hair bows that's my favorite. The employees their were not helpful at all oh, but their was 1 Zoey, he was awesome, so sweet beautiful smile very kind super helpful he made the experience very, very nice.

Giving an update: This is why Joyce is my favorite beauty supply. So I was able to do an exchange for the unopened item and get discounted for the other. Also the company is now aware so the issue can be resolved.🙂

Kai is always bomb at her job every time I come in she greets me and helps me 100 percent and even when im not sure what hair style to pick ( she knows a different look every time and keeps me on my toes And daisha is always helpful as well even when she has a long line she always stops and answers questions even when I have 100 of them she love there life ill always be a member 1 customer

What I went in for was not far from the entrance, so I didn't venture the whole store. It appeared to be clean and well organized. The staff was helpful and the prices are good.

I enjoy shopping here found everything,I needed ! So many products and many other beauty accessories! I noticed products from the 60,s - 2025 . I embrace the natural products etcs . Their are good variety and options for every customer. The prices are reasonable.I embrace my space and peace while shopping. I found all my items in store stock.I suggest you visit this location San Juan st. Sacramento Ca.I did not have to shop online! The customer service,I received was good, knowledgeable ,kind and happy ,peaceful energy! I totally respect that service as I give to people! Thank You, Alicia for great service.

Joyce's Beauty had become my favorite store for supplies, very organized and the staff are very professional and well mannered.

The big, nappy hair, lady with the mask is very very rude for absolutely no reason at all. Always has an attitude, every single time I come in here she’s got an attitude. For that I’ll be taking my support across the street the Kings Beauty Supply.
