I had the best makeup experience here the girl Natasha helped me pick out Mac lipstick and the Clinique foundation too , the prices here you can’t get anywhere else !!!

I have never had such a bitter experience before - the sales agent literally gave me a wrong shade (gray) instead of a brown shade of MAC eyebrow pencil which I asked for. She didn’t even care about showing what shade she is billing it for at that time. When I came home with the product I was in shock to see the gray shade and went back asking for a replacement with the right shade and they didn’t even bother to address/accept that they’ve made the mistake by making me purchase the wrong shade. Sales agents can’t fool the customers this way which would spoil the company’s business/reputation.

Supper nice sales lady, got a few products as a gift the recipient of the gift got a really bad bad reaction she is bumpy and patchy all over product called: the Ordinary body care The refusal for a refund was unsettling since she had to go to the hospital. I don’t think that companies that have skin care products should have a no refund policy how do we keep them accountable for salting dangerous products for your skin! I feel bad that I bought this for someone I care about.

I had best experience shopping here. The lady was super helpful and kind, unlike of previous employee. She helped me pick the right foundation shade and was super nice. I would definitely go again to shop.

Last time I was here they locked the door doing their inventory count. This time I got here they are "on their lunch " at 3:30 and will be back at 5 pm. seriously?? on Sunday when people shopping around and they are close at 7pm
