Very disappointing experience at this Sally Beauty location. From the moment I walked in, no one greeted me or acknowledged me. The employees stayed hovering around the counter talking to each other instead of helping customers, and even with several employees present, not a single person offered assistance. I walked the store clearly looking for items and still received no help. On top of that, the store no longer carries nearly as many products as it used to, which makes the experience even more frustrating. It honestly makes me wonder why this location even came back. For a beauty supply store, this level of customer service is unacceptable, especially when the Dollar Tree next door was more helpful. Sally’s needs to do better.

First time visiting this Sally’s since the remodel. I was excited to see the updates, but unfortunately the experience made it difficult to enjoy the store. Upon entering, I was not acknowledged or greeted by any of the three employees working at the time, which I initially brushed off. I went directly to the nail section, where an employee (Becky) was sweeping extremely close to me, to the point where I felt uncomfortable and cornered. What stood out most was that two customers entered the store about a minute after me and were immediately greeted warmly and offered assistance by the same employee. After they declined help, I walked directly past her, and only then was I asked if I needed help. I remained polite and declined, but the inconsistency in customer service felt dismissive and unwelcoming. While the store itself looks nice after the remodel, the lack of basic courtesy and equal treatment significantly impacted my experience.

I went in today and told the lady(Jennifer) I wanted price friendly and the most jet black there was. She knew immediately what to grab and got me in and out with exactly what I needed in 5 min. She knew what she was talking about and She was super friendly. And my hair is to T what I wanted.

Staff is especially friendly! (purple haired girl) I had a great experience going in and out. I was quickly assisted and was able to find what i wanted.

Sadly the tornado affected this small store and we don’t have it anymore but before the tornado was one of my favorite places to find beauty salon products with exceptional quality prices and costumer services hope we will have another Sally store soon. Truly missed it this store

Normally I LOVE Sally’s. It’s my only go to for my hair.. but this time unfortunately. This girl who works there with bright green hair. Kept rushing me and my sister out of the store. We got there around 7:45, and was looking around. There was about 10 people in the store besides us. Well around 7:55. She comes to us, and says "is there anything we can help you with. We close in five minutes." We were the ONLY ones she said it to. Fast forward to 8:00 (there were still 3 people in line in front of us checking out. So we were just looking around till it was our turn.) she comes up to us again. "Is there anything I can help you with. We’re closed". Very rude like, and again. We were the only ones she said it to. As there was still someone behind us looking and grabbing stuff for a good 5 minutes after she told us this. Yet she never said anything to anyone except me and my sister. I get it’s the end of the day. But if you’re going to tell one customer to hurry? You need to tell everyone else to hurry.. I feel it was very very rude and unprofessional the way she went about what she done. We honestly felt harassed. As I said. Me and my sister were the only ones that she was rude to, and the only ones she was rushing to get out of the store. Definitely need to think about hiring better help.

this was a very interesting experience. i was parked outside the store ready to purchase some hair dye for myself and everything was going great until I realized I had to get another thing and I simply knocked on the store door waiting for the lady with red hair "Sharon" and I asked if it was possible if I could give my card to them instead of doing the whole process on the phone and she came out loud and clear "NO." I understand that there’s lots of chaos currently due to our situation sadly but I feel she didn’t need to be so rude about it. this is not the first time this lady has given my family bad service. my mom was in the store buying something for her hair and she made a simple question on how she can get signed up for a rewards card for points and when she asked for service to do that she completely denied her and told her she had to do it elsewhere or online. then a few days after she went back for other stuff she needed and a guy asked if she needed anything being very polite and she asked how to sign up for rewards and he was super nice about it and helped her. what the hell! how is it that when she asked earlier they denied her and then time passes and they do help her. maybe it was just a time thing who knows but I for sure feel that lady isn’t providing the service that a customer should get.
