If I could give this Hair store zero stars that would’ve been the selected option! I’ve come to the store multiple times. And they simply lack the customer service needed to be an operation. I have not once been greeted when walking into the store never a hello hey, how are you or any of the sorts. More so followed and scrutinized by The male worker. If you need something, don’t go here. They do not treat people well. The prices are egregious, and the customer service is nonexistent.

Huge beauty supply store. Not crowded, roomy which is a change from most Beaty supply stores. The woman at the register was friendly and helpful. I found what I went for and more.

should be no stars, please shop where your funds are appreciated. these owners/works have some nerve. They will discriminate & profile you without question, very aggressive behavior by the male. As much money that is spent on hair don't try me over some $2 lip gloss, should be shamed of the way you business. for sure will no longer give any money to this establish and can't wait for you to be shut down & I hope its from lack of sales.

I’ve been coming to this place since I’ve been a child . I’m now a grown adult. Any time you go in there and PUALS WIFE is in there she treats you like a villain. Even if you are a licensed beautician EVERY-TIME you go in there you literally have to show your license. I’ve even worked in the place before for 3 years. Never had a problem until Paul’s wife started working there. If you braid, do hair, cut hair anything she will be mad of giving you any type of discount off of hair products. Any little penny that’s being spent in that place believe me she wants it ! No 10% off of ANYTHING. If you have kids best believe she will be watching any and everything they do even when they behave inside the store. It’s plenty more of hair stores in rock hill to go to and that’s the best thing for you to do instead of going into Rock hill mart. I can guarantee you will have a better experience. I understand that you have to show your license but if I come to the hair store 4 times out of the week I still have to show you my license? You don’t remember me? I even send some of my clients into the store. Brining in business, it’s just sad that I had to even post this. I do feel that you have to treat people the way you wanna be treated and she needs a life lesson. They just lost a loyal customer. I will NEVER GO BACK.

Me and My one year old child went into this store awhile ago and I put my child down and he start grabbing stuff off the shelves and yes I was putting the stuff back and nothing was broken of anything and the man at the store ask me to get my son and I did and before long as he asked the next thing he asked me to get out the store and I asked why he couldn’t even give me a correct answer all he kept saying was it was his store but mind you me and my one year old child didn’t do anything wrong I put the stuff back in the shelf nothing was broken or anything and everything was back in place so he followed me and recorded me and called the police on me while I was still in the store trying to figure out everything and yes I did leave and he followed me to my car still recording and I will not recommend coming to this hair store at all bc they are not kid friendly and very unprofessional

My review was deleted.... this isnt recent but other people should be aware of my experience. They accused me of putting something in my purse. I opened my purse to show I had nothing. A man come rushing from the back of the store yelling for me to get out or he was going to call the police. I told him to call because I hadn't done anything. The lady at the register said that she couldn't ring me up unless I admitted that I had something. Way more happened but I've since heard that they've done this to other customers as well.
