I was nervous to come in, since I've never tried to purchase and fully wear a wig before, it was definitely intimidating. However, the environment was remarkably relaxed, and the staff friendly and willing to jump in and help. It takes me time to make decisions, but I was left to my choices, until I inquired for help - and just looking at my face, the kind lady was able to help me narrow down choices. I've already purchased two wigs from here, and I wear them nearly daily. Incredible selection, huge variety, and absolutely insane in how reasonable they are. You need it? They've got it. A diamond in the rough, for sure. Already thinking about my next wig purchase.

Tori will make this place go under if she keeps up with her rude, disrespectful and condescending behavior. I come here frequently. As I come in I hear her bad mouthing a previous customer in front of a customer to the employee that has locs . I digress, As I’m checking out, I tap my phone and of course if you are familiar here you have to enter your PIN code, well as I was about to do so she snatches the card receiver away from me and thn tells me "you need to enter your pin" i politely did so. As I was leaving I told the guy with the locs "you need to train her on better customer service and to not snatch the card reader away from somebody when they are trying to enter the pin" he saids "ok" thn Tori the girl with the red/Burgundy wig and wears glasses saids out loud "oh well!!" I proceeded to exit because I will be back Monday morning to tell the owners what great customer service you have.

Buyer beware!!! They do not allow refunds on their products. Do not shop this store not unless you are sure of what you need because you can’t return it and the policy is not on the receipt nor posted in the store. I will not be shopping here anymore. There are a lot better hair supply stores in Rock Hill with better customer service than this store. Shop elsewhere!!

The rudest man I ever had the misfortune of talking with in my life person named Young! Cursing and dropping the f-bomb all because they gave me the wrong colour wig and I wanted to exchange it. I spoke to young and told him I lived far away from Rock hill and couldn't make it back for a week or so. He said fine they will exchange the wig and person named Sharon admitted to giving me the wrong colour. Saying they didn't have any red wigs so they had given me black. Wow! Never again. Really horrible experience.

Always a very pleasant shopping 🛍️ experience at Cherry 🍒🌸 beauty supply ❣️ Very well stocked always and there's literally almost nothing you can't find on the beauty , hair & accessories spectrum ❣️ Owner's and employees are always very helpful and pleasant, prices have definitely continued to skyrocket as has everything else everywhere else but I still really like it & the atmosphere ❣️🌸🍒🌸🍒🌸🍒🌸🍒
