kaylin is absolutely amazing! I booked so last minute & day of but she didn’t mind & literally slayed my hair😍 I wasn’t really sure what I wanted, I just knew I wanted to keep most of my length and have some sort of bang. I showed her inspo pics and she was able to guide me toward what I was looking for. she’s knowledgeable & honest. I really felt like she was listening to my concerns. I love my hair so much, it feels so light, airy & soft! I trust her judgment and she was so right about the deep condition. it really made such a difference, my hair was so dry & dull before. I’m very happy with my results thanks to her☺️

I will never shop at this location again. I went there yesterday to buy stuff for myself and some goodies for my daughter and MIL for Christmas. Yes. The Saturday before Christmas. I am not expecting red carpet treatment by any means. Quite frankly that would make me extremely uncomfortable. But when I say I had at least 4 staff walk right past me several times and not once ask if I needed help or was finding everything ok. I am not exaggerating. I walked around that store at least 5 times trying to find a lavender lotion for my MIL. I was clearly searching. Not one person. Again. I’m aware. Saturday. Christmas time. I am not their only customer. Got it. But. Not one person!!! Not even a "I’m busy but let me get someone to help you" gesture. Not one!!! Finally I think they must have saw me about to put back my personal $120 with of items and walk out and they came and asked me if I needed help. I worked retail and was a server for over 10 years. I know customer service. To not even make eye contact and make the customer feel seen and acknowledge the "help me" look on their face? Never again!!

ive never worn makeup in all my life(im 24 now and never did the 'messing with moms makeup' and she never taught me how, im pretty tom-boyish) and for halloween-i decided to dip my toes into it and also start expirimenting for fun, and i was SO nervous walking in and pretty overwhelmed, i didnt even know what color or brand foundation i should get. i forgot to get her name but a very nice girl with dark hair in a high pony tail saw me and helped me out emmensly, even when i had no idea how to answer her questions; she found me foundation, hydrating cream, lipstick, and blush that works amazing and my skin feels way better after only a day of using it.

i honestly don’t know why that cashier ASHLYN, is working there STILL. She makes it clear she doesn’t like/ love her job, coming from more reviews. The ulta beauty store itself is a 5, but she makes it a -0. Her attitude shouldn’t be shown as a cashier COMING FROM A CASHIER. She a horrible employee. I had put my items to check out and i still had 2 other ones that i was thinking to get after seeing my total, she took a deep breath and was about to scan them like if o did it on purpose, don’t know she couldn’t ask if i was still going to ge them? …when i had told her i might still get these she said do you want me to put them back … in a ugly attitude towards me when i clearly said i might get them after i see my total. she kept the checkout process in a unprofessional manner. 👎🏻

All the sales associates here are incredibly helpful and pleasant. There’s typically a pretty long line but that’s okay it’s not too bad. Interesting selection of makeup and body products. Excellent service at the salon. So glad they brought Ulta Beauty to this location!

The most horrible service and sleeping stuff. Nobody can help. They loose track and reaaaaaly slow!!!! If you wan to loose time - welcome!!

Walked in with a needed emergency coverup and Erin was quick to do her magic and give me the products I needed. I don't wear makeup and know nothing about what I needed. She had a great attitude and extremely helpful to my emergency. Thank you so much.
