I went into Ulta on 12/292025 To Purchase curlSmith hair cream. When I got home, I washed my hair. My hair did not turn out the way it usually does. I bought the wrong one. So I went back on 12/31 to exchange it For the right one. On both days, there was a short Hispanic heavyset woman there. She look like she was mad at the world!.. walking around making faces on both of those days. I wanted to ask questions. I didn’t even feel comfortable talking to her because of her attitude. I called to get her name. All they told me was there was three managers working there at 12/31 Their names were Jasmine, Gabby and Michelle. I’ll let you figure out who that was?. So for this reason, I will not return to that store. By the way, it was 6:31 PM On 12/29 and on 12/31 At 3:08 PM When both incidents occurred.

I highly recommend STAR! 😃 Shes a master stylist there and she gave me the most beautiful balayage ever. She really took the time during the consultation to listen to what I wanted. My hair feels and looks great I get so many compliments. Book with STAR she’s the best!! ⭐️

Got my hair done with start. Omg star did an amazing job with my hair. She very fast and very clean during her hair process. She brought a welcoming environment and did amazing love the ulta salon team.

Amazing experience with Jess! I came in for all new makeup as I’m not a makeup girly but had family photos the next day. Jess was near the door to greet me when I came in and didn’t hesitate to help me find all the basics for a full face! I wasn’t able to swatch a lip color so I bought one and ended up not liking it so much and when I went to exchange it, Jess was still there to help me find a product that better matched me! Jessica was so sweet and kind. In past experiences in make up stores I’ve felt overwhelmed and like I annoy people with all my questions but Jess was so intuitive it was like she answered my questions without me even needing to ask! Five stars and will always be asking for her when I go in!

I called in yesterday to see what services this Ulta offered and was greeted by some lady named "Z". She was extremely rude when she answered and unprofessional. She told me she needed to place me on hold and instead hung up on me. I get being busy on the weekends but she could have been nicer when she answered and could have actually took the second it took to put me on hold. Based on this one interaction I would not recommend the store if this how employees treat customers.

For the most part, it was a nice experience. There was an employee named Gabriel who was a total jerk! When I asked if he worked there he looked at me like I was stupid and pointed to his badge. I would have noticed but he was standing side ways. Anyway, I decided to get help from another assistant who was very helpful.

Got my hair color done by Star am I am super happy with my hair 🙂 I brought in a inspo picture and she nailed it! I wont go to anyone else for now on. Go see Star book with her you won't be disappointed!!
