Walmart Supercenter

Walmart sucks! I drove all the way to the Redding store because the app said they were the only one between the Red Bluff and Anderson stores in my area that had what I wanted. Of course, they didn't. Total waste of my time and gas. On the plus side, I did find a very helpful worker who was willing to help me. But all to no avail. Also, for a superstore, they're not very "super." They seem to have cut way back on the variety of items offered.

Tell tim the manager I say thank you to Richard at customer service!!!! I was in there today and got so distracted when I was checking out and telling the cashier my sob story ,that I paid with the wrong card!. he took the time to refund and rering it up for me and my son and I are very, very thankful and appreciative. Because that's the gas money. We needed to get to and from school. The rest of the week. So thank you, and his attitude was absolutely happy. Nice, excellent customer service. Thank you again to Richard.!

I really do try to avoid Walmart, but they have the best prices in a tough economy. The app is very helpful to order food, schedule a pickup, and have it brought to your car. The employees work really hard, and I've had great experiences so far.

Most people that work there are unfriendly & rude. Everything is locked up & takes a while if you need it unlocked. The back entry/exit is pretty much holds you hostage if someone is not available at automotive to let you out. The man there in auto was just walking away & I needed to get out & he walked way way away saying he had to help a customer & didn't let me out. Prices for 95% of groceries are higher priced then at Winco around corner. No one that works there ever smiles & barely ever makes eye contact with you. There's zero urgency by the cashiers when your checking out. They couldn't move any slower. I avoid at all costs having to go to Walmart when possible which is a lot. Nothing is in the same place always switching floor plans & the Rediing, CA location looks like a prison espein the back of the store towards auto, fishing, outdoors areas. They do have decent clean rest rooms though

I had such a great experience at Walmart thanks to Tom. I came in with propane questions, and he took the time to help me thoroughly and even offered helpful ideas beyond what I asked. He genuinely cared and provided amazing customer service. Please recognize him!

Pharmacy is quicker than most, helpful. As are all - it's crowded but the grocery pickup is always fast and employees are friendly and get people through. The parking can be a bit frustrating.

Walmarts are such a hassle now waiting 20+ minutes for an associate to pull up to unlock my $5 item. It's really only California. Red states don't have this problem.
