Walgreens

It is medically necessary in my opinion to have a drugstore in town to grab over-the-counter Healthcare products and not having to make a Doctor visit just for a cold but being able to buy some cold medicine and be on your way. Grab a drink and some toilet. Grab some razors deodorant dish soap and skincare or a beauty product. Humans should have this privilege as long as we live, if we so choose. That is my opinion. I am thankful in the aftermath of Rite Aid closing in my area Walgreens took a huge step forward to pick up and take care of as many customers as possible almost 1,000 more customers than they were already serving, that's heroic, in my book. I wish the general public saw that impact and truly appreciated their local drugstore before they are gone.

This pharmacy is not nearly as bad as a lot of these reviews claim, but it does have its 'hiccups'. I've rarely had negative experience with the workers, most are very nice and helpful (if you are friendly and respectful yourself). That said, their phone system can be pretty terrible sometimes; they'll answer the phone just to put you on hold for often a VERY long time (like upwards of 30 minutes) before they assist you, which doesn't personally make a lot of sense to me (why even pick it up in the first place?). They are also kind of 'iffy' on medications; they can be slow to fill them and their online system can be buggy/inaccurate. Overall, I understand they're understaffed and they're at the mercy of the system at large (which itself is not the greatest); my only true complaint about the location itself is their phone service, as mentioned.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. !!!!!!! Went the night before to get one of 2 prescriptions and was told the 2nd would be ready next morning. Wife called next day and was on hold for over 1 1/2 hours. I got off work at 730pm thay day and drove down while Wife was on hold. I could hear her call ringing on the phone while Iwas there. I complained about their service and I was told her medicine was put in the red basket last night( whatever that means). Lady told me she was going to expedite it immediately. I still waited for over 25 min to get it done!!!!. So it wouldn't of been done like I was told Total bullshit . This is the worst service I have ever had with wallgreens after Jenny had left this facility.David that works there is amazing as well when hes working. These are the only 2 people that show they care. This place has gone down hill and very poor customer service let alone the phones were still ringing while I was there after ny Wife hung up. The Drive thru was not busy at all. They jist didnt want to pick up the phone. If I could give a negative in stars I would. Someone needs to have a talk with staff. I am a manager of a huge corporation and I deal with walk in customers and phone calls all day. We would get a huge write up if we did what Walgreens service does.

The girl who stocks the health and beauty aid department was so helpful to me yesterday unfortunately I didn’t get her name I looked on line before I went down there and it said they had eight of what I needed so after work I went only to find out that there was none this was the second store I had gone too! The other was a Raley’s after fixing her inventory she found a store for me and wonder apologized! It worked out and I was very happy 😃

Like very many businesses, Walgreens isn't very deaf people friendly. It seems to be the individual associate to think about being helpful. Most are. A few are not. I see no evidence that there is any training to help hearing impaired people. The associate at tonight's drive-thru was especially adept at caring for customers.

This Walgreens pharmacy service is Terrible! I don't understand the inefficiencys. I'm originally from a large city and would be in and out extremely fast. I don't understand the wait times inside or outside the store. The staff act like you don't even exist when you try to ask a question. And the medicine is never ever ready for pickup even after 8 hours of calling it in...

I had no choice to use this pharmacy after Rite aid shut down. I’ve had bad experiences with pretty much every pharmacy, but this is by far the worst. Im on automatic refills, but I still have to call the pharmacy to get it ready otherwise it won’t be ready on time. This is just one of my many complaints. If you have a choice pick a different pharmacy.
