Best Salad/Hot Bar ever. I could eat here every meal. I unfortunately love it here. Really good hot buffet bar. I do dislike how all the Whole Foods are near each other; like just put one downtown. If there were one in the PPlacemall it would make more sense.
Few months later and it’s as rotten as ever. Persimmons covered in black mold all over. Rotten nasty leaves in veggie bags. Came here the other night and so much of the produce was wilted, brown etc 🤢 Whole Foods really keeps going downhill. The one on Main Street does seem to be better though. Also the new bags of herbs and green onions look so wilted and nasty Wish they would just stick to the ones without wasteful packaging that actually stay in better condition
I had an unacceptable experience at this Whole Foods Market today, while my husband and I were checking out, an employee named André stopped assisting other customers, turned around, and publicly told me to "move your limbs out of this area." We were not near him or intentionally blocking anything. The wording and tone were inappropriate and humiliating, especially in front of a line of customers and other employees. This was not an isolated incident. On separate occasions, this same employee has made belittling comments, including a remark about my husband having an older, slightly cracked phone, which embarrassed him. André consistently comes across as arrogant and unprofessional. This type of behavior toward paying customers is unacceptable.
this place used to be pretty good, but employees lately have been concerning. one cashier is picking fights with customers. I’ve seen her do it more than once now, each time with a different customer. this last customer, got harassed by another customer in the parking lot. I thought that was REALLY bad, so I called the store to tell them what I saw. the store manager’s response was worse. the store manager believes that if customers come to blows outside his store, that’s not his problem. except, it is his problem… and he aught to know it. if a customer is injured in the store or on the premises (ie: the parking lot) then whole foods IS responsible. if someone gets hurt, I guess he’ll find out… but until then, if the manager doesn’t believe your safety is his responsibility while on the premises, then you are not safe on the premises.
Small store… can be cramped and busy sometimes like weekends… best time to come is during the week in the morning… fruits and veggies are always fresh but a bit pricy… still a good value for fresh food… they also have amazon service here for returning packages… cashier Olga is great
Don't go to that supermarket, the one on North Main is much better; the employees here are lazy and obnoxious. Managers Steve and Isaias, in particular, are harassing the drivers who are only there to make home deliveries. They don't even want to let us use the bathroom; it seems like they're not human beings.
Like all Whole Foods….they do well here too. Parking is TIIIIIIIIIIIGGGGGHHHHTTT though. Makes it a bit of a madhouse, especially on the weekends. Plan accordingly! Grateful for this location so we don’t have to go all the way into Providence.
