The signs are very misleading. I felt scammed. There was a sign that said buy one get one free and I understood that for the whole section. However at the register I was charged both items full price and when I asked to a refund, they only do exchange. What kind of store does not accept returns? I literally bought the products a minute ago. Do not buy the tsubaki hair mask since the signs are misleading. Very disappointing experience overall.

This store sells expired products — it’s already November, but the items expired back in September. I previously bought a large batch of these masks from them a few months ago, and they never mentioned that the products were close to expiration. I only discovered it once I got home. I came back to check if they still had the same items on the shelves — and they did, with the exact same expired dates.

I visited this store yesterday and discussed my skin concerns with the staff so they could recommend some suitable products. One of the girls recommended two items, and I decided to purchase them. However, when I went to the counter to pay, the same girl said something in Japanese to the other staff member, implying that she was able to deceive me, and was able to sell the product on me. I didn’t respond—I simply left the products on the counter and walked out. I found their behavior extremely unprofessional. They spoke negatively about other shoppers in their language too, assuming no one else could understand. What they don’t realize is that some customers do understand at least a little. Also, I noticed that many of their products include a caution label stating that they may cause black spots. Why would I buy something that might damage my face? Never shopping there again.

The customer service was great, the prices were affordable, and Nicole was super helpful and friendly. Will come back later!

The store has a wide variety of products, and the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. I highly recommend this store！！！

I recently visited this store in the mall and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Their pricing is incredibly inconsistent— sale prices advertised don’t ring up correctly at the register. And when I had to point it out, the staff seemed unsure about how to handle the situation or simply communicate efficiently in English.

Nice store with great numbers of Japanese products. Sales are nice and friendly. You can find what you would like here.
