I just had the BEST facial with Ashley! I’ve been to some very high-end spas, and this was hands down the best facial I’ve ever received. She took her time, explained every step, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and unrushed. My skin looked and felt amazing afterward. You can tell she truly cares about her clients. I will definitely be back!

Ashley was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G ‼️ As a guy going to get a facial, it’s hard for me personally to not be shy or nervous, but she made it so incredibly easy! Not only was it a smooth process with her, but she made me feel so welcomed, so heard, removed my insecurities regarding my acne & made it so relaxing. It was genuinely an amazing experience to the point where I didn’t want to leave the chair! She was so incredibly sweet, a great listener, gave helpful tips, and made it a 5️⃣⭐️ experience!

I've been coming to Hi, Skin regularly (love the membership). I came in with the mission of having clear (aka glass) skin that aged gracefully. Kelly is the most lovely human being on the planet and is exactly what I was looking for in an aesthetician; she gives me honest feedback around what products I should be considering using, and recommended treatments that will get me to my goals the fastest. The Staff in the front is always lovely too 🙂

Had a wonderful experience today. I went in for the $99 first time facial and it was wonderful. The woman doing my facial (I believe her name was Claudia) did a great job listening to my goals and what I was hoping to get out of this facial, and listened to my preferences. The open concept was really fun and lively but I was still able to relax and felt pampered. Went home with a few products and will 100% be back.

I love, love, love Hi, Skin. I did my research before choosing a spa, and their membership packages plus the variety of services were truly unbeatable. Every time I visit the Camelback location, I’m greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. Every aesthetician I’ve worked with has been skilled, knowledgeable, and great at creating a safe, comfortable environment. Highly recommend Kelly or Mackenzie who are absolute gems 🙌🏿🙌🏿

The facials are great of course I’ve never had a bad experience and love treating people to their first facial specifically at hi skin . But my rating goes down due to the membership experience. I’ve been a member for a year now and it’s NOT worth it . The discount to products is nice if you buy them but they are still expensive and I like affordable skin care . They always have promotions going on but it’s never for members ? It’s always for first time clients . I’m going to end my membership I wish they added more free boosters or benefit/perks . I wouldn’t tell anyone to commit to being a member and would rather create new fake accounts for first time customers. There’s no incentive to being a member just a cash grab honestly

I have been coming to Hi Skin for over a year now and keep returning because of Makenzie’s talent for making my skin feel wonderful and refreshed after each visit! I recommend her 100% for anyone looking to start a new self care routine at Hi Skin. They take great care of you and your skin needs.
