Grand Mart - Hair Store

Normally I'm super happy with this store. It's been awhile since I've been back. But the girl today was rude upon approaching me so I decided to not buy hair. Instead I purchased two containers of Liv and when I got home and opened it , it poured out like water all over my clothes. If you know "Liv" it's a creamy and thick hairdress. Even the smell is off . They obviously watered down the product unless the brand changed their product. I'll be ordering from Amazon moving forward.

Love the selection but pretty disappointed at the human hair I bought from behind the counter. It’s advertised as 18inches but is really 14-16 inches. The other stuff I thought was nice but beware of their human hair.

Not gone hold you they return policy is trash I got the wrong product. Wasn't even out the door for 2 minutes try to come back with receipt in hand an they wouldn't even exchange the product that was of same value never been open or anything all they could tell me was I can't assure that the product hasn't been tampered with but my rebuttal was all if not most of your products have been open and or tempered with I see people squeezing some out the stuff out on there hands opening them an all but they still wouldn't give me a fair trade so if you go to this store ensure that you have exactly what you need because they will not take anything back

I purchased a wig , it was suppose to be human hair but it looks and feels synthetic. I tried to ask about a store credit and was denied, the receipt says no exchange. I will never support this store again.

I like this store because they usually have what I'm looking for but I've noticed that you have to keep an eye on your receipt, on 9/04 I went in for lashes and hair spray, I got home and looked at my receipt my hair spray says $4.49 the chick gonna put $6.49 as the amount. Called for the manager the next day and they say he will be back in 20 minutes. That's ok because I will go in and I will address with the manager this is like the 4th time this has happened the last time it was over $5

The store over charges for their products. Which is understandable because they are a high demand in the community. But the customer service is what makes you not want to spend your money. They treat people as if they don’t want or need customers.

Over been going here for years and neve had a problem i will come from across town to get whatever I need to they have it. I've come in knowing what I want or things I need for my hair and they always have it. They are my always go to when I know no other places dont have what I need. I like to come prepared and always do and tbeybalway deliver and there bring back policy is what I live the most
