Cutie Japan - Phoenix

It's a small store but it's loaded with all sorts of items. Everything from hygiene and stationary to serving dishes and snacks. The prices are great and it's a good store to visit when you have a random shopping list. I can't name any other store where I can grab a bag of cotton balls and wasabi flavored sea weed snacks. Store clerks were also incredibly friendly. Will definitely return in the future.

Saw a clip on YouTube about this store. Decided to take my girls and check it out. The store wasn't nearly as big as the one in the clip but the staff there had items stocked better than I've ever seen it!! Products were grouped together and each aisle had multiple groups. THERE'S ALLOT TO LOOK AT!!! The snacks and cup noodles was why we came. Selection of each is varied along with all the drinks! Staff was polite and professional. Don't be surprised when the items you're purchasing are put into empty boxes rather than plastic bags too! Would definitely come again!

I had never heard of this store until I saw a video about it on Instagram. I was so excited to go here. Turns out, it's located in a shopping center I've been visiting for years! I just never noticed Cutie tucked away in the corner. This store is small and the aisles are narrow. However, it is stocked full of so many cute and fun things. Cutie sells snacks, drinks, ingredients for meals, stickers, cute and serious office and school supplies, baby items, health and beauty items, home goods, automotive and camping supplies, and kitchenware. There's even a tiny clearance section for food! It's really a lot packed into the small store. Most items are priced at $1.75, which I guess is approximately the equivalent of 100 yen. Items that cost more (or less) are clearly marked. I bought Hello Kitty stickers to share with a friend, some reduced price snacks, and a bottle of vegan oyster sauce that was reduced almost $4! Wow! The workers were super friendly and seemed excited when my friend and I said it was our first time there. I would love to shop here again, and I want to check out the other Cutie location, which I've heard is bigger.

They have super fair prices for imported snacks. A great variety, too. A useful section of home improvement supplies that you forgot you needed and didn’t expect to find in a little corner shop. They’ve got stationary, travel products, fan items. The staff was wonderfully kind and comfortably attentive. I found out about the solano park festival through their post on the wall. I’m coming back with friends!

I've visited a few times, even brought my mom! They have so many cute and interesting items, including adorable school supplies. I've also found lots of miniature kitchen tools I never knew I needed. The employees are incredibly nice and welcoming. Just a heads-up, they ask you to store bags (totes, carry bags, but not purses) in lockers for security, which is totally fine with me.

Chockful of useful and adorable items for all ages. Everything is $1.75 unless noted! Great quality for the price and just so so cute!! Very helpful staff as well.

Cutie, A Japanese Concept Store in Phoenix is a hidden gem for sure! A fantastic place for unique, cute, and useful items for everyday life to give as gifts or to keep for yourself. (They have so much variety, it's incredible!) With everything priced at $1.75, other than food, it's quite possible to take home many great finds. The small store is well stocked and organized. The staff looked busy stocking and were friendly enough. The parking lot seems narrow but there were plenty of spaces while I was there on a Friday afternoon. Expect to wear a mask if you want to shop there and there are no restrooms available for customers. These things are not deal-breakers for me and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Cutie. Looking forward to visiting the Mesa location!
