KPOP ETC

Employee is really nice ! She help me get a photocard holder and binder. Place is really cute and they have super cute cats keychains!

I had a good experience! I bought one authentic item which was a BT21 chimmy purse/ bag. The poker set for BTS membership that I knew was unofficial is really nice with photocards and playcard quality, but the set is missing a "Suga" paper coin/chip . The item I really took for granted was the Qposket of Jimin. I thought it was authentic by looking at the box and the price ,but as I took it out as I got home , I noticed that the plastic was ripped out from it as if some one else had opened it and returned it. I would understand why it would be returned, as to say its completely unofficial. If you dont mind having a fake Qposket in your collection, its good in its quality but as for price, you will probably end up paying more of it than the original. The original is far more better in quality and details. I suggest to just ask around if items are official or not . Staff is very friendly and honest. I wasnt able to ask because it didnt occur to me ,but for sure next time I will. Its really is a great shop that I recommed . Their shop really is a nice mini kpop utopia. 💜✨️

Went there the day before and the girls were nice and, I’m very satisfied with their costumer service. Has great merchandise and more variety of albums than other kpop store I been too. I wasn’t able to an album but the girl in blue sweater with short hair offered me so many options and took my request in. I’m not from the valley but I appreciate how they hear and understands their costumers.

Went in today around 7 and the employee working there was so nice ! She helped me figured out a perfect gift for my friend who is a ONCE since I know nothing about kpop! At first I was doubtful to come in bc of the reviews but they were so wrong! This place is amazing and the employee there she was so nice and patient with me. I highly recommend shopping here if you love these type of things. 😍 😍😍!

Genuinely coming as a fanatic of Kpop. It is hard to say that I left this store with a discouraging experience. I asked one question for a specific item. I received an answer that was straightforward which I completely accepted that they did not have the item. The staff over the counter continued to give their opinion that I did not ask for. Saying that I did not ask for an opinion should be valid because I felt discouraged to buy what I wanted. It made it difficult to trust their skills as a sales associate which is their responsibility to encourage to buy their items or future merchandise.

I love coming here!! The employees are always so friendly and nice! They are very helpful and will answer any questions you have. Also there’s so many cute Kpop things that you can’t really get anywhere else and at really good prices!

We stopped by today. Customer service was top notch. My daughter fell in love with everything. It’s always good to see shops such as these catering to our kiddos and employees like these who give the best customer service. Will definitely be a shop to keep visiting. My daughter got home telling all her friends "you have to go".
