This store had EVERYTHING.....and it was so nice and clean in there too! I arrived really close to closing time but the guy there was still very nice and helpful! A1 service!

The black lady was nice but the chiny guy came in with a nasty attitude. They have NO GOOD CHOICES AT ALL! So if you looking for wigs and weave hair- dont go to this place.

I typically visit this hair store for all my products since it's just 2 minutes from my home, but I will never return. I had my daughters with me—ages 10, 5, and 2. The man at the register kept a close eye on us, and as soon as my 10-year-old touched an item, he said, "Don’t play with that." It was clear we intended to purchase the item. When my 2-year-old started fussing because I picked her up, the man had the audacity to ask, "Are you ready?" Excuse me?! I set down my items and informed him that we wouldn’t be buying anything. Kids will be kids, and it felt as though he expected us to be silent as if we were in a library. His rudeness and lack of basic customer service were completely unacceptable.

The customer service, attention to detail, availability of up to date products and fashion are A++++++++++!!!!!!! Thank you so much!

I would say I'd love my visit because I'm a hairstylist.. but I don't like being continuously watched! The owner watches you from the moment you walk in to the moment you approach the counter!! I do understand but geesh

The store selection is great and the place is very tidy. Unlike most beauty stores, I can say that I like how organized everything is. However, my biggest complaint was a recent interaction. I walked in at 9:25 looking for some black soap. The problem was that at the register, an employee was on their phone while I waited. Mind you I was the only customer there. After I handed them my items and completed the purchase, they still were on their phone typing and I had to wait for them to finish before they bagged my items. After which, they handed the items to me and procceded back to typing. No greeting or nothing. Now I understand this is a new store, so I won't judge the integrity of it based off of one bad interaction. But please, be better.
