Got a haircut and blow out with Millisa and she is a master at her craft!! I couldn't be happier with how my hair turned out. I have long thick hair, so it can be a challenge for some-- but not for her! Highly recommended to book with her if you're looking for an amazing hairdresser!

this ulta is amazing!! everything is always clean and it’s my regular place to get my hair done. i love my girl hayley! she is amazing always gives me the best hair and always knows what im trying to ask for when i can’t explain it. she is just awesome and i highly recommend her!

i don't like going into ulta as everytime ive gone in there, you aren't acknowledged and you have to look for someone to help you, and then 90% of the time they are annoyed by you. i go online. HOWEVER, I had the privilege of meeting the wonderful Gina, i even went back the next day and got the rest of the products she recommended. i was glad she was there. She was so kind and helpful, i told her my husband just recently got diagnosed with leukemia so i haven't been sleeping which has led my eyes to have major dark circles. I had no clue what to get. she colour matched me and helped me out a great deal. i don't wear any foundation or concealer and she was AMAZING at breaking it all down for me, advising me how to apply it etc. She also updated my new number and address, when i was there, however the day before the lady who checked me out, didn't even do any of that, i even told her i had a new number and she didn't care (kindness goes a long way) i also bought 2 MACS products and their was meant to be a free gift, they had run out. i think when you spend hundreds of dollars, they can spare you a sample gift. However I am so grateful for her. I hope you value her as much as i do. THANK YOU GINA!!

Melody at Ulta pierced my daughter’s ears and did an absolutely exceptional job! On top of that I hope she’s getting recognition from the Ulta company for being the only stylist in the salon and for holding up the salon all by herself! What a awesome experience!

Bought from this Ulta on a Friday, I got a body scrub and a lip liner that was labled as 15$, come to check out it was 35. So they mislabeled it and then charged me almost 50$ for that. I had my kid in my hand so I was a bit confused I went right back in the store to return it and get a refund for the mislabeled Item. Its now Sunday and I haven’t gotten any money back on my debit card. Bad experience and wasn’t my fault they mislabeled it and to not get the money back for something I returned (don’t have anymore) is Crazy.

I had a great time visiting Ulta at Palm Coast during my trip in July. I received the most professional service , I was greeted when I walked in , all the staff members and the manager were super friendly . I enjoyed shopping there so much that I returned 2 more times during my weeks stay and purchased more makeup . One of those times I returned with my Mom and she opened an Ulta Store account and made a purchase as well . I will definitely come back to shop at the Palm Coast Ulta on my next trip to Palm Coast. It is my favorite Ulta location to shop in . Where you get an exceptional customer service !!

The 2 circled we discussing their personal lives with NO regard to the line. I asked ONLY gal if it annoyed her that she was the only one working. Sadly, I think the blonde is the manager. I absolutely support retail, but not this!!
