Cosmo Prof

This is a great store. I wish I could remember the lady who helped me. She was awesome very informative and super sweet and kind. Definitely would go back to this one.

I want to first say the employees here have always been the best and great. But my issue is they are always out of stock on everything and today I went to get supplies I needed and the place was closed even though the internet says open and they have a sign in the window saying they will be closed may 29th but today is not that day. As a frequent shopper and someone who needs to get supplies for their business I can never count on on cosmopro as a supplier since everything is always out. And now I can't count on them being open when they say they are open.

Everyone is always so nice and helpful! They usually have what I want, but they are always willing to order something for me. I really like this location

I don't normally take to the internet to write reviews , JUST for the sake of writing them . If I'm prompted with an email from a particular company I've dealt with I sometimes ( not always ) oblige . However, I have to in all good conscience leave a review for the girls at Cosmoprof in Palm Coast , Florida . They are ALL so friendly and helpful . They truly understand what true old fashioned customer service is . ( and they're all young BUT get it ) . It's just a pleasure to shop this store . Unfortunately , before this store was opened , I had to drive all the way down to Daytona or up to St. Aug . I can't say anything negative about the St. Augustine staff , they were also friendly and helpful , although I didn't like to have to drive up there , however, I'm hoping there have been some upgrades to the staff in Daytona ( I haven't been in a long while ) butttt they're a whole different breed of employees down there . Just saying .....

Good except the people who work here are very nosey and will follow you around the store for no reason. It almost offends me like they think I'm a shoplifter but in reality I spend over $100 nearly every time I go in there 😒

I was refused service for not masking even though masks are a health risk. I will not risk my health or oxygen levels. People are passing out all over the country from masking. Healthy people need not mask. I never consented to a government mask experiment and I also will not consent to a Cosmoprof mask experiment. SalonCentric now has my business.
