An excellent salesperson named Patrick spent their time to show me around the fragrances and help me narrow down a selection based on my preferences. Fragrances are expensive, and finding one that I want to stick to can be a bit overwhelming- it’s part of first impressions on people you meet and has to compliment the personality of the wearer. Based on all my specific preferences, they really knew exactly the fragrances to show me, and was very knowledgeable on the notes and undertones of every fragrance we viewed- and ended up going with a fragrance that’s unique and exactly what I was looking for. Already gotten compliments on it! Awesome experience!

I’ve been getting my hair done with Francisco for about a year now. I first came to him with brown hair and some peak a boo highlights, teal and pink. I share some hair inspo with him and what I would like to do with my hair, and he makes it happen! (If it’s possible of course) He transformed my hair with a calico halo highlight, then took me to a pink balayage. It’s like a new canvas every time we change styles, he is the best!!!! Recently I decided I wanted more red. And Kayla who is his amazing assistant thought a raccoon tail would look cool. And so we did it! And I’m obsessed with my hair. My hair brings me a great amount of confidence. I never fake a smile while I’m in Francisco’s chair. If you’re looking to do different and cool styles with your hair (especially dimensional colors) he is definitely your guy. The color, the cut, the shape. Everything. He is a mastermind and extremely skilled in his work. His technique and keen eye for color and precision is one that is rare! I am so glad to have found MY stylist, He listens and educates all while doing what he is passionate about. He is truly one of a kind.

The service at this ulta is some of the best customer service I have ever had. I needed help finding new products and Leah came up to me and started doing a consultation. She was very patient and kind and made sure to pick out the best things for me. As I kept looking Bianca also helped me. It was clear she was extremely knowledgeable. Would definitely come back!

I went in looking for something for my granddaughter for Christmas. There was a group of young ladies that work there talking. I walked over and most of them kept talking however, Bianca asked if she could help me. I said yes, please. She was absolutely fabulous. I was able to get everything I wanted plus more. I am a happy, satisfied customer!

I needed a little splash of razzle dazzle to my hair and I knew what I wanted so I decided to try Ulta salon for the first time. I met La’ Portia for a consultation and she was approachable and kind. She listened, she reviewed my inspiration photos, she played in my hair and she took a strand to test. she touched base with me a few days after and we confirmed my upcoming color appointment. The day of my appointment, she was pleasant from beginning to end. She was patient. She was thorough. And she was efficient. She did exactly as I asked and she gave me knowledgable advice. I left feeling like a million bucks. I love my hair. And I can’t wait to go back to add more color.

My fiancée and I went in looking for some fragrances for our wedding and also for general use and Patrick was so helpful and knowledgeable we cannot commend him enough! He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and we left with some fantastic recommendations.
