we were shopping the worker asked us if we needed help we declined then she let us shop we told her we have everything then she decided AFTER wasting our time to be like "we cant sell to someone without a license like wow thanks for letting us know horrible customer service

HORRIBLE Customer experience! I usually dont go to Cosmoprof and this is the main reason why!! They must be racist because whenever I spoke spanish in the store they gave me the dirtiest looks! My mom was also with me and we could both tell! Hope they improve on their customer Service!

I will not go back to this store. I asked them it they had a certain color by a brand and they did not. I asked them when they'll be getting more back in-stock. They said they don't know what is on their order. Like what how do you not know what is on your order. They said they'd call me when they get more of that color in. They told me they would call me when they get their shipment in. I never got a call. So I went in to see if they had any. They had their shipment in. And I asked them if they had any of the color I was looking for they said they aren't sure what's in the cart for their shipment. Like how hard is it to go and look and see if you have the color and brand I'm looking for. I got a call back TWO months later saying they had the color I was looking for. I didn't go and pick it up and buy it because I was frustrated and went to salon centric instead.

Cashiers here are really bad at customer service. Would prefer people who are actually kind and not demeaning. One lady actually asked if I "paid attention to the signs" when referring to hours. Like, is it that hard for you to just say when you’re closing? Won’t shop here again. Kinda stuff gives people anxiety for even opening their mouths.

Sales ladies were not helpful at all. We asked for price clarification and no one would offer assistance, just a shrug of shoulders and stood behind counter. There were 3 people working standing behind the counter with masks not worn or under noses. Come on utah county! We were the only people in the store. Will go to Salon Centric next time.

Manager, you need to pay attention to what your clients are saying about the service at your store! The two girls working on 12/26/20 at 3:00 pm don't have skills on don't care when it comes to customer service. The product I was looking for, was overpriced at the store than cosmoprof app and SalonCentric. I explained the situation the girl didn't care, went to my regular cosmoprof store in provo which I love, but they didn't have the product I need. Went back to the orem store because they were the only one between all the cosprof & salon centric in the area. Then she was finally willing to match the price, and I did let her know that she would have save me a lot trouble if she was just willing to take car of the first time I was there. So frustrating.

I needed some hydrogen peroxide in a cream to bleach some old computer cases. They were completely confused as to what that was. I went to a beauty supply store in the next town and they knew immediately that what I needed was called "developer". It's odd this beauty supply store would not know what their products are or what they do.
