My wife and I stopped by this Start Beauty because she wanted some beauty products. We found parking easily in the front and came before they close. The lady working was very nice and knowledgeable on the products. They didn't have the item my wife was looking for but she got something else. They have a lot of products inside and also do some services for women. They also have specials on certain days and doing your eyebrows.

I’ve been coming here for over a year now for eyebrows, but after today, never again. First, the woman was wearing WINTER GLOVES as she threaded my eyebrows. Very unsanitary and made it easy to lose control/precision. Second, this was the most painful eyebrow threading of my life. I’ve been getting my eyebrows done for over 10 years and it has never hurt this bad. She did not properly taut/stretch my skin and did not prompt me to do so when she threaded a few hairs near my eyes. Sometimes she’d pull a single hair far while my skin was stretched along with it, it was just so so so painful. My skin is still so red and stings (usually the pain for me goes away after a few mins, here we are > 30 mins later). Third, my eyebrows just came out overly threaded and thin. I was really disappointed, I just asked for a clean up. To the business, please do not allow your employees to do this work with winter gloves on! and please prioritize the client’s comfort and pain level.

I’ve been coming here for YEARS to get my eyebrows threaded and they always look amazing. I also love that I can stock up on my beauty products right here. They now carry Korean Skin Care which is my holy grail. I recommend everyone to check this place out.
