KPOP Station Northridge

Great customer service and big variety of kpop stuff but, they barely had any kpop albums and photo cards. I was happy they had red velvet, seventeen, etc but they could add og albums from 2nd and 3rd gen groups too But most of all the employees are sweet and fun to talk to

They barely had any albums in stock and everything was overpriced, about $30 for one album when you can get them for $20-25 other places; and all the bt21 merch is also way too expensive. They really only had New Jeans and Seventeen when it came to albums and New Jeans, BlackPink, and Bts for any other kind of merch. It was really disapointing since the first 2 times I went they were pretty stocked up on many different groups and the prices weren't as bad.

We came all the way from San Jose! My daughter wanted to go to your store and was able to get the lightstick and album she was looking for. Customer service was super great! One of the workers were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed chatting with her too. I hope you guys open a store in the Bay Area! We have a lot of Kpop fans!

I love the products and the BT21's especially because they come in a variety of uses from stickers to car scents, shirts, pillows, skincare, etc. The albums and posters are also really good quality. I'm in love with shopping here😊

All of the other times I have gone the selection hasn't been the best and they lacked more recent releases. I went a few days ago and this improved. I was excited to see they had P1harmony albums, as well as Cravity and SHINee ones. I bought a SHINee album and everyone was friendly.

This location is based in the Northridge Mall. They have all the albums my daughter is looking for. Great prices and many selections. Staff is friendly and always helpful
