Today, I came here to buy shampoo, conditioner, mousse, and gel. The shampoo selection was minimal. They didn't have the one I wanted, let alone one of the THREE ALTERNATIVES I used. When I approached the counter to pay, I asked, "How much is the total?" after he scanned the items. He rudely replied, "$59.68." I asked him to remove one of the products and handed him $60. I asked the same question, and he furiously replied, "$49.68." Then he said, "You still have more money. You gave me $60, but the total was $59.68." He deceptively said this. I replied, "I don't want it." When I looked at my receipt, I noticed a $3.22 tax, which is absurd. I didn't appreciate the way this money-hungry cashier tried to swindle me. Not having the products I expected is normal. Taxes are from the state. But NOTHING covers up bad customer service. I wouldn't recommend coming here.

Great customer service! I was looking for an all around for a upart they answered my call and actually looked through their inventory to confirm they had one. I had called 4 other places and all told me they weren’t sure and that I should come in to look. Thank you for taking care of your customer!

The absolute worst beauty supply in this community. I have supported this business for many years because I live in the area. Several reasons not to support: 1. They consistently profile you when they get the chance. 2. Overpriced on hair that you can find at another nearby beauty supply much CHEAPER. 3. They close at 8:45 not 9:00 as stated on Google. The guy specifically in glasses with beard is the most disgusting and disrespectful human being. To know you support these kind of businesses and this is their way to repay you disgust me. Will not be coming back ever after over 15yrs. Treat your customers BETTER!

I love this place! I recommend you to come here! The customer service was over the top and beyond satisfactory. He took the time to answer all my questions and helped me decide on the human hair bundles I needed for a bob hairstyle at a great price. My beautician loved installing the human hair that I purchased! I will be back soon. Thank you. Blessings.
