Fashion Island

Fashion Island is hands-down the most beautiful shopping destination in Southern California. It’s an upscale, open-air mall with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and manicured palm trees that make it feel more like a coastal resort than a shopping center. The selection of stores is top-tier, ranging from luxury anchors like Neiman Marcus and Bloomingdale’s to trendy spots like Alo Yoga and Anthropologie. Even if you aren't shopping, it’s a perfect place for a stroll past the iconic koi pond or a meal at one of their many great restaurants like Joey Newport Beach or True Food Kitchen. It’s dog-friendly, spacious, and has a much more relaxed, breezy vibe compared to typical indoor malls. Whether you're there for serious retail therapy or just a coffee and people-watching, Fashion Island never disappoints!

Architecturally stunning and impeccably clean. Fashion Island has every department store you need and a large selection of very good restaurants. Even though it was busy on black friday, it didn't seem overly crowded.

One outdoor mall that i like it. Named Fashion Island. The concept looks like citadel outlet. So many branded store, coffee shop and some restaurants. Many area good for taking pictures.

Pictures speak for themselves. Most likely the most special and the most exclusive outdoors indoors little mall in the world. Iykyk.

Ralph's Cafe is crazy wait but unforgettable coffee with mesmorising aroma of moderately roasted coffee...

I went to simply walk around and enjoy an outdoor lunch. I left with 5 wonderful bags, and I had a fabulous lunch on a patio next to a rain wall. Who doesn't love shopping when you can see the ocean, feel the breeze, and feel the sun shining on you.

Not only a normal mall 🥹 first time seeing the architecture like this. Visited outdoor mall before Irvine spectrum but I think this place is 💯💯💯 love walking and sitting around here. Other people in the store also nice and helpful too. It's close to the beach if anyone want to combine short trip here
