I got the perfect lived-in blonde color done by Saira Rodriguez Jordan. This is after 7 months!! I can’t believe how incredible it still looks. This is the best my hair has looked and felt ever since I’ve been getting it highlighted! She’s amazing!! I can’t recommend her enough.

Been depressed lately and thought buying myself some new makeup would help. The sales staff seemed to think I was either invisible or just a physical obstacle to their movements around the store. Most employees were in small clusters, deeply involved in conversation. I put the Carolina Herrera perfume samples I was going to purchase down and left after about 10 minutes of wandering the store with the item. I'm very happy not to need anything from Ulta that can't be purchased elsewhere.

I went to this Ulta to find some new lash products and the cashier checking me out, Janeal, was beyond kind and insightful. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for, while people on the floor were kind of confused. She is the best!!! I will def be coming back :))) !!!

I was nervous about leaving my regular hair stylist, but it had become too expensive and I was no longer happy with the color. Chloe at the front desk was so attentive and really listened to my concerns. She understood exactly what I was looking for and connected me with Jessica. Jessica was absolutely amazing! She truly understood my concerns with being blond and my color and blowout turned out beautiful. The best part? It was more than half of what I had been paying before. Everyone there was so kind and welcoming, and the service honestly exceeded what I’ve experienced at top high-end NYC salons. I can’t wait to schedule a haircut with Jessica next month and more appointments in the future. I came to this Ulta to look for a specific fragrance set for my child’s gift that she wanted. The staff was very difficult to find, when I did find them, they were conversing with themselves, unaware that customers were looking for them. Once I found the product I was looking for, it was the last one, and it was completely destroyed. The box was ripped and wouldn’t close. This wasn’t even the only fragrance set that was destroyed, there were quite a few that were scattered around the story that looked like someone had opened them barbarically and left them there. I asked the worker on the floor if they could potentially give me a discount because of the state of the box, he told me the person at the counter can assess the damage and discount accordingly. Once I reached the register, I explained to the cashier that this was the last one and the box was destroyed and asked if she could discount it accordingly, she said "No", no explanation, no solution. I explained the situation again and told her that the box won’t even close again, all she said was "No", no reasoning, no explanation, nothing. So, I had to pay full price for a broken item, if my child wasn’t so set on having it, I wouldn’t have purchased. It would be nice if there was some consistency through out the store on their policies. I have been a member at Ulta for years and have never had any other issues at any other location. Honestly, I don’t even leave reviews at many places, but the experience and rudeness was outrageous.

I had an amazing experience with Joy at Ulta! She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and truly listened to what I needed. Joy helped me develop a perfect lip routine and even guided me to products that fit comfortably within my budget. I really appreciated how she explained everything step-by-step and made sure I felt confident with my choices. Her customer service is outstanding. Thank you, Joy, for making my shopping experience so enjoyable!

The customer service at this store is genuinely unacceptable. The staff behave as though they resent assisting customers and make the entire shopping experience unnecessarily difficult. Almost every fragrance is locked behind cabinets, and even when you finally manage to get someone’s attention, they bring you the wrong product, then immediately walk it to the register before you can verify what they handed you. When I returned to correct their mistake, I was met with complete indifference and told the only option was a refund, despite clearly having the item in stock online Any reputable retailer would simply help replace or re order the product and assist a paying customer. I went there to make a purchase and ended up unable to do so due to their own incompetence. Easily one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. I will not be returning.
