Had a great experience here. Otso was so inviting, charming and professional. I came looking for a fragrance and they were very patient with me and so knowledgable about fragrance and skin chemistry. I recommend and will come back again!

My mom and I had a wonderful time making custom perfumes at the Fragrance Shop New York. Claire and Mia were both so knowledgeable and incredibly sweet! It was difficult for me to articulate exactly what I was looking for, but Claire was able to almost read my mind and suggest notes that paired well with my base scents. I love that they keep your scent mix on file so that you can come back for refills. We learned a lot about perfume making and had such a fun experience at the same time! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique NYC activity.

Claire and Mia are exceptionally knowledgeable, they were able to suggest additions to my scent based on what I liked and didn’t like. For such a wonderful, in depth experience making a completely custom scent I found it to be incredibly well priced. I will definitely be returning for a refill!

Went here with my friends and created a custom perfume. I loved Mia & Claire, they were both very knowledgeable and patient during the process. I love my scent so much! Also love that I can always call in the future and get a refill because they keep each recipe. Would recommend 10/10!

I had a wonderful time blending a scent with Mia- so personal & fun. The entire experience was thoughtful and the fragrance prices were incredibly reasonable, especially as you receive a long-lasting parfum.

Really cute shop! The staff are very kind and try their best to be accommodating and answer all questions. There is a grand variety of scent oils and in house fragrance blends too. If you are planning on actually sitting down and blending a fragrance, an appointment is necessary to make sure they can fit you in. Additionally, the smallest size of fragrance is $20 for a single note and $44 for 4 blended notes. I think the next size up is $66 for 6-8 notes. It’s worth it for the experience of having a custom fragrance, but steep for a casual purchase.
