The tech I had was Emily. At first there was a small bit of misunderstanding, but Helena (I think her name was) and the customer next to me helped us both figure out what I was asking for. I did come with inspiration images, so we weren't going in blind lol. I'll put them in the picture part. While they aren't an exact match, I think they look pretty close, so deserving of 4 Stars, but not quite 5. Emily also understood my hesitation about the drill due to past extremely bad situations. There are slight imperfections such as: gaps, small bubbles from improper curing, the nails themselves are also leaning too far in one direction (so they are not straight). She didn't fill in the bottom of the nail to give it a uniform look. There is no product on the actual sides, she kept wiping it off, so I'll have to figure out what to do about that so it doesn't catch on my clothes again and tear it. I did try telling her about it, but she brushed off my concerns and said she'd fix it after. She didn't. But I'm not upset. I think it looks very good. Maybe next time I will request more light.

Total has a large selection of hair for braiding, weaving, and crochet. I had been unable to find 4C crochet hair at other retailers, but found a huge stock here. The sales staff are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. As other reviewers have mentioned they do have a rigid exchange/return policy so be sure about your purchase before checking out. And check out the wigs downstairs, as there are always really good sales.

This store is malicious toward customers. It has a poor and malicious return policy. Be careful there!

I came here to buy some hair supplies. Another employee abruptly interjected when I was speaking to a cashier and asking about a particular item. Her harsh and uncalled-for attitude was clearly noticeable. We don't have it, she responded, no. Just xyz is all we have! Shouting!!! You're being so disrespectful, I said. She left irate. I made the decision not to spend money in this establishment where I couldn't expect to be treated with respect.

I needed 2 different lengths of hair but mistakenly purchased same length. Literally went back 10 minutes later to correct and exchange 1 pack for longer length but they didn't have it. So I ended up going with different brand that I don't like as much for less money. They would not give me the difference back. I understand they have an exchange only policy but they could have given me a refund for the difference if they wanted to. I have been buying hair and products from them for years. That's not a way to treat repeat customers. So now I will go back to spend my credit but after that I will walk to hell to get hair stuff before I give them another dime.

This store has a variety of wigs and products. You name it, they have it. The one that I purchased was overpriced. One woman was rude and more concerned with following me around the store than actually helping me. She had to ask her co worker if he would help me or if she should do so. Obviously she lacks customer service skills and needs some training.
