A staff member named Aliyah helped me pick out a perfect rare beauty blush for my complexion. She was super helpful and treated me like a friend.

I absolutely loved this location!! A very beautiful young lady named Inaas helped me navigate everything and made my experience so memorable. She was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products and even taught me what works for me and what doesn’t. It’s very clear that this location hires people who truly understand their products and genuinely care about helping customers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I really enjoyed my shopping experience at Sephora by having the best assistant called Susan to help me with selecting/buying products after a stressful day of my bag being delayed. Susan was professional, patient, down to earth and made me feel valued. Susan was incredibly warm and competent, a perfect blend. She offered me samples and I ended up coming back to buy more items because I was so impressed with her and the store. I highly recommend Susan!

used to love shopping at this Sephora location, but unfortunately I won’t be returning. The employees here made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Customer service felt dismissive rather than helpful, which really changed how I feel about this store.

I had a mixed experience at Sephora today. After seeking assistance from two different employees, I finally met Rahma, who went above and beyond to make my shopping experience efficient and pleasant. She quickly helped me find the six products I needed and made the checkout process seamless. This was especially helpful since I was on a tight schedule, delivering an Instacart order in the rain. The store itself is spacious, and despite having about ten people in line, the wait time was minimal. Rahma truly made the difference in turning a potentially stressful visit into a smooth one. Thank you!

Been here multiple times over the years and there’s always 0 customer service. Leaving a review today because they have only 1 person at the cash register today with a long queue waiting, and at least 5 staff walking around, unwilling to jump in, just chatting away. Extremely inefficient and unprofessional. Most people coming to this location are using the little time outside of work to buy what they need. Please do better and not waste your customers’ time.

This Sephora is located inside the Westfield mall in Workd trade center and it took a while to locate it. The cashier Fariha was super friendly and patient and made the visit very pleasant
