A treat yourself store! I was greeted warmly, and tried the various lotions and creams. Nothing smelled overly strong or synthetic. I found most items reasonably priced. Fav finds - Mary Allan vitamin C oil, Morihata face towel and a few unique finds. Will have to try online ordering for future treat myself days!

Such a unique beauty store. Their selection is truly one-of-a-kind, featuring rare and hard-to-find products that you won’t see in other shops. The collection feels thoughtfully curated, with so many special pieces. I ordered online and my package arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Can’t wait to stop by in person the next time I’m in New York.

Wonderful!!! Stopped by the store while on a trip in the city - got some amazing hand crafted soaps, incense… I tried a perfume and I didn’t pick it up the first time but went back after two days to make sure I got it. The lovely women who work here are so kind, sweet, and genuine. It is a beautiful curation and will stop by every time I come back to the city. (They do have an online shop too, but the in person visit is a must!) ✨ 10/10.

One of my favorite stores in NYC. Amazing selection of skin and body care products, plus other curiosities. Marie and her staff are incredibly knowledgeable on everything inside the shop. Excellent place to shop for gifts or for yourself 🙂

I walked onto Takamichi Beauty Room at the end of a very rough work day and felt like I had entered another dimension. The store is small but beautifully presented and every single item was special and covetable. I am sad to have forgotten the name of the woman who helped me because she was possibly the most thoughtful and positive person I've ever encountered shopping in Manhattan. I'm proud I only purchased three things but all were wonderful, from brands I had never encountered. The Mary Allan cleanser! Best ever. I'll be back!

This place is one of New York’s best kept secrets. They the best products from all over the world! And Naoko the girl who works there is so sweet- she helped me find some facial products and vitamins and my skin has never looked better! Plus they have CBD lotions and tinctures that are like magic potions of relaxation. Add this place to your list for sure!

Lovely shop with curated products of quality and consciousness. Each item has a great story behind it and the owner and her team are extremely helpful. This will be my go-to spot for all my gift buying!
