Soo'Ae New York

I went to a grand opening event for this brand's NYC store a years ago and the employees were so rude and stingy. The RSVP said that everyone who attends will receive a gift bag with a mix of full and sample sizes of their products and that there would be free matcha lattes and orange juice provided by a local cafe. There was also a sign in the store saying to go to the counter and pick up a bag. I saw that the line to get bags was kinda long so I walked around the store, grabbed a free matcha latte, checked out their other products and just hung out. Some of my friends and acquaintances were ahead in the line and got bags. When I went to the counter to get my gift bag, a different employee was working there and she said those were only for influencers who were on the list. I know for a fact that my friends/acquaintances aren't influencers and probably neither were most of the people who were on the line earlier. The other employee was literally giving them out to anyone who waited in line and I could see on the floor that there was still a pile of gift bags plus this event was scheduled to end in an hour and there was barely anyone left in the store by this point. She told me to ask the lady with the clipboard by the door so I did but that lady said I had to check with the lady at the counter. They went and talked to each other in private and finally the door lady came back with a gift bag for me (she was the only one who didn't seem snobby and passive aggressive). On my way out, I went to get a juice which was my second time taking a beverage from there but they said it's one per person but I definitely saw people taking more than one, maybe even more than 2. There was no sign saying "1 per person" and no one was watching the drinks area earlier, plus they still had 2 large buckets of these drinks left at the last hour of the event with barely anyone left in the store and they still told me to put it back.

Bought the charcoal face mask and the tube was half air. Reached out to customer service and got the usual, and I am paraphrasing, well is is 2.71 ounces and they have to have some air to seal it. We opened the tube, took off the seal and air whooshed out leaving about half the size of the full tube in product. They assume that people know how much volume is in fluid ounces, I guess. I have not had that problem with other products in tubes. The product was difficult to get off of your fingers too.

I love the Soo'AE products that are very affordable and works for me. Specially, I recommend the facial mask and Phyto collagen hair shampoo & water to cream treatment. Because you can choose so many options of facial masks and use a lot of natural ingredients.

I used their Rose Mist and broke my face out really bad. I reached out to customer service and they told me to send pictures. I sent the pictures and have not heard from them since. I will NOT purchase anything from this company ever again. Bad product and bad customer service.

I bought this charcoal face mask and I used it on my face it the worst face mask I ever used before it made me break out and it gave me a rash on my face never using this product again or telling people to use it
