Very nice experience, I went here to get a gift for my younger sister and the woman working there was able to show me what a young teenager interested in skincare may want.

Seemed nice but kept hovering and staring right over making you feel uncomfortable. I get theft is an issue but you hovering over your customers doesn’t make them feel welcomed or want to shop at all. The store is small and has camera so it’s easy to watch no need to make it super obvious by standing right next to your customers.

I had a terrible experience at this store recently. I was in a rush and tried on a couple of clothing items but had to leave quickly for an appointment. I told the Korean sales associate that was helping me that I would come back later and politely said thank you as I was leaving. To my shock, the associate rudely yelled, "THANK YOU FOR WHAT!" I was stunned by the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. This is completely unacceptable, and I definitely won’t be returning to this store!

Love this cute little store! Great selection of skincare, jewelry and clothes. So fun to come back often and see what’s new in stock.
