Loved their selection of cosmetics and the prices are definitely competitive with Amazon and other stores. Staff is so kind. Yes, the store is small. Time for a space upgrade. In the meantime- avoid busiest times.

Me and my bestie went to Kosette beauty because we hear they had skincare. We met a wonderful employee Alyssa. She was literally amazing. She recommended both of us products. My skin is so dry and sensitive and her recommended work. Now I literally go to buy the same products because they are the only ones that works for my skin type. I had a great experience. She was so sweet, honest and very knowledgeable.

I went here as a tourist and loved it. I’ve been into K-Beauty for almost a decade, so I didn’t need help from staff. I can’t speak on how helpful they are because I only interacted at checkout. The pricing is good, comparable to Olive Young if you are purchasing online. Some of the items (like the Parnell cushion I bought) were actually cheaper here. It does get crowded especially around the lippie area because so many people are swatching and testing things. They would benefit from having a bigger store, and that’s not really a complaint but a compliment.

Small Korean beauty store with limited product availability, they just have 2 or 3 products of the same brand. To be honest just another place that went viral because of TikTok but nothing crazy about it. They have a wall in the back with sheet masks ( Buy 5 / Get 5 free) so I took 10 of them but when I was checking out they charge me for the 10 masks!! I was looking at the screen all the time and that’s how I realized it was not deal or "discount " and I have to ask about it, the funniest thing is that my friend was next to me having the same 10 masks but she got the deal "price " immediately 🤨 I didn’t read the reviews until now and is crazy how people talk about registers charging double same item or not doing the discounts and YES it’s true!

Meh. It's okay as far as korean skincare stores go. There's actually a better one a few doors down. This one is small and cramped....and hot. Why is it always hot in there?!?!?! The inventory is minimal and the prices are high. I will say the 5 for $5 mask wall in the back is great. But all in all its pretty basic. There are so many other good ones around the city

Great store with the biggest selection of face masks I know! 🙂 very cool for souvenirs to take home as well as it’s mostly Korean and not something you‘d get on every corner! 🙂
