Very clean with a good variety of haircare, and make-up products. Friendly, respectful and helpful staff. The prices were also reasonable for NYC. The only problem is a shopping bag is 50 cents. I did not like that part. After spending $74 a shopping bag should have been a given. Anyway, I still highly recommend this store.

This is my go to store any time, any day! The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. They offer a wide variety of hair products and makeup, giving plenty of options to choose from. The store is also exceptionally clean. Don’t forget to sign up with your phone number their rewards program is amazing and you truly get value for your money!

They’re the best! They give $5 coupons every now and then to get money off your purchase, great customer service, they’re all beautiful! And tbh ey have an amazing selection of products that a lot of stores don’t have! Even if I move to another part of the city I would come back here just to buy my stuff!

Bliss Beauty is the absolute best beauty supply store I have ever witnessed and experienced. I am an avid consumer of beauty products and Bliss Beauty is hands down the BEST! They have the most amazing products and they are always well stocked. They not only have pristine customer service, but Roberto and Jasmine always go above and beyond to ensure that their clientile is satisfied. They never cease to amaze me. I especially can always count on Roberto to assist me when necessary. He is knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and well versed as it relates to all products and market trends. I always end up finding what I am looking for or something better, in addition to other great products and items that I would not find anywhere else. Jasmin and Susan are the reason why I shop here. They are so respectful, courteous, and professional. My teen daughter really likes them too. In fact she only shops at this location for her hair supplies. They are both so sweet to my daughter I can understand why. I’ll continue patronizing the brand and location for as long as Jasmin and Susan are there. 🙂
