SEPHORA

I went to this location to give business to the brick and mortar store instead of just ordering online. I had a cart online of twelve items, and went in hoping to get help with finding these specific items across a variety of brands and determine the correct shades of some items for myself. I had a very specific makeup vision in mind and was excited to make the trip in. Walking in to the store, I was blatantly avoided by staff members. I had a bunch of items in my hands and must have spent fifteen minutes trying to figure out the item locations and available stock of others, successfully finding only four items on my list. Not one team member greeted me, asked if there were any questions, or offered to help. In fact, I would catch a team member looking and then avoiding my gaze so as to not be asked a question. I had to have passed at least six individual team members over my time navigating the store, not one of which took any effort to help. I’m so disappointed in the staff here. I much prefer shopping in person, but the disinterest in customer service clearly demonstrates their priorities.

Jenna was the loveliest person I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with at any Sephora locations. She was super helpful and assisted me and my mother with our holiday shopping. With suggestions for a cologne for my brother, perfume for me, to suggestions on setting spray. Even was able to ring up our purchases on the floor, which was awesome! As soon as me and my mom left the store, we were both expressing how lovely she was and how Jenna provided the best customer service we've received at any store in a very long time! Can't say enough great things about Jenna and this Sephora location! She deserves some serious recognition for all her hard work, attentiveness, and going above and beyond!

The staff at this Sephora are professional and welcoming compare to the ones at the Salem NH Sephora. They don’t give you a hard time for returning items and don’t make you feel guilty for doing returns. I forget who helped me today but she couldn’t have been nicer. Will only be going to the Nashua Sephora from now on!

I had the most positive experience with Livi today, one of the perfume consultants. I was looking for a specific fragrance profile and she so graciously gave me her undivided help to pick my favorite one. She had me take a personal fragrance test to narrow down what I was looking for but also gave her own personal recommendations she thought I might like. She stayed helping me until I had found what I was looking for. However, to make the experience even better she took note of every perfume I had picked up and said I liked along with a description of it and emailed it to me (without me knowing she was doing this or asking her to) from my Sephora profile so I wouldn’t forget what I liked if I ever wanted to reference it for a later purchase. Anyone who takes this much pride in helping customers find what they’re looking for deserves to be celebrated. She was also so sweet, funny, and very personable, my friend and I couldn’t stop talking about what a great experience it was. Thank you so much Livi, you’re amazing! 🙂

12/4/2024 UPDATE: I received a response from Sephora indicating that they will provide feedback to the location I patronized. I am adding a star since I appreciate the follow up from the company, so from 2 to 3 stars. I shop at Sephora because of the generous return policy. Most items I keep but some I return. The staff at this location should read the return policy and lose the attitude: "If you are not completely satisfied with a Sephora purchase ...for any reason, Sephora welcomes you to return new or gently used products for a full refund..." Perhaps Bedford will be a more sophisticated shopping experience.

Thank you Livi for help picking out the best perfume for me, I gave her a rundown of the notes I’m looking for and she was so patient in walking around spraying them with me and the one I purchased was the best one ever!!!! All the staff is friendly and it’s really clean in there. Park at JC Penney and walk thorough their store then take a left its right there and you’ll automatically be on the second level

I visited here on Friday the 14th of April and Nicole was SO helpful!! All of her suggestions were absolutely spot on and she helped me choose exactly what I needed for an event that weekend. She never made me feel like she was rushing or just trying to move me along, she took the time to really listen to me and I left the store feeling so confident I had the right purchases. She was so friendly and helpful, with a fantastic eye for color and everything. I looked great for the event, and I'll definitely come back to this store again! Thank you Nicole!!
