"It's offensive to ask someone for a cosmetic license?" Lol. Needed to get some hair dye before work and instead of asking me over the phone or informing me that only people with a cosmetic license may shop there I'm now late for work and my hair is still a mess. Thanks!
Ive been a stylist for 6 years and have NEVER been treated with such disrespect going into a cosmo prof. Edith was extremely rude and made me and my son feel very uncomfortable in there. Will not be returning to the Napa cosmo prof. Thankful for the lovely ladies at the petaluma location.
