SEPHORA inside JCPenney

I was super impressed with the customer service I experienced yesterday from Liz! She really listened to what I was looking for, asked me questions to better understand what products to suggest, and in the end she fixed me up with two amazing products that I probably wouldn’t have picked without her guidance! She was also able to color match me perfectly, even though sampling products is not allowed currently. Definitely the best makeup shopping assistance I’ve ever had! Thank you Liz! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because a lot of the higher end/more expensive brands of makeup are not available at this store, only at the bigger stores.

Fantastic customer service. I am not very makeup savvy and was a bit overwhelmed coming in, but Ariel immediately started guiding me and helping me to figure out what products would be best for me. She wasn't pushy and was sure to listen to my concerns and needs. I had a very pleasant experience overall and feel that I learned a lot about products that make me feel beautiful.

Trinity did an excellent job with helping me find quality products to cover my facial psoriasis. I was nervous going in because some people don't understand what psoriasis is, but my blemishes didn't phase her at all. She knew exactly what products would work for me and took the time explaining the steps she was taking as she applied them to my face. Also, the store was busy at the time and I didn't feel rushed at all. She really put me at ease. I'll definitely be making more trips to this location.

We checked in on my daughter's birthday for her loyalty rewards gift and so she could get a cranberry eyeshadow. We made the purchase and she looked her up and called her by name. When we got the kids loaded into the car in the rain and looked into the bag there was NO LOYALTY GIFT!! I had even taken the kids out of the area so that the sale could be made in quiet. We were the only ones in the store except for the employees. There was no reason for this over site baby a store manager.

The Nampa Sephora is always so helpful. I got help from a few gals there, all were great. They listened, and helped me. I wish the Boise ones were as helpful because Boise is closer to me, but I'll make the extra drive out to nampa from now on because Nampa Sephora pretty much rocks.

The best Sephora I've gone to ever ! The staff is so nice and they value the customers ! If anything come here you don't be disdapointed!!
