🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5/5 Excellent store! The staff are polite, attentive, and truly know their products. They can easily guide you to the right item, explain how to use it, and help you choose if you’re not sure what you need. Today I bought everything necessary for at-home hair coloring and care — they helped me find everything quickly and suggested the perfect products. That’s especially important since salon coloring can be very expensive, while here you can achieve professional results on your own. Prices are great, the selection is wide, and everything is neatly organized. I definitely recommend this store to anyone who values quality and professional service.

The staff is super friendly and so very helpful! I appreciate each one and how dedicated they are to giving proper information and helping me find exactly what I need.

The ladies here are awesome and so friendly. They are great just left and have not seen service like this is decades. Whatever you are paying them is nowhere near enough.

I was trying to purchase a specific razor. The lady "helping me" repeatedly pushed a product on me that I did not want and really didn't want to spend $150 on. I finally gave in after she swore by it and told me I could just bring it back if it doesn't work. Low and behold, I came back the next day and said it didn't even work. She then went back on what she said and told me there was a no return policy and gave me the customer service number, even after she said very clearly that I could just bring it back. Customer service tells me the same thing. They were very aware that I was lied to by this woman, but they still won't take it back. I am now out $150. My family will never return to these stores.

MAX WAS AN AMAZING HELP!!! I have been going back to Sally’s for the past month trying to get my hair back to its natural color and I got help from max and she took her time and really understood how tired I was of coming back to Sally’s every week!! She helped get me to the EXACT color that I wanted!!! She is so so so sweet and understanding. I definitely recommend getting help from max when you go in!!!

WHAT THE HELL!!!!! i am so upset. i came in earlier today and this normal aged women is helping me. i have faded out black hair its now brown, i want to go blonde.. so i pick up the color fix like she said and she picked out a toner for me, the color fix worked great (not my first time using it) time for toner ( my first time using it) followed instructions on the box JUST TO BLOW DRY MY HAIR AND FOR IT TO BE THE SAME COLOR THAT MY HAIR WAS BEFORE I COLOR FIXED IT. i want a refund like what the hell i spent 50 dollars there just for it to not do anything!?!?! and the girl that told me what to get needs to be back in training. i’ve been to many different sally’s in the passed and they are amazing, i’ve never had a complaint. but i straight up want a refund. DO NOT come to this sally’s go to other ones with smarter employees that know what they are talking about!

If you didn't have to deal with some of the employee's this place would be perfectly fine! A blonde lady asked me if I needed any help and she directed to me where the product I wanted was, it was unfortunately out and she found me a dye that was similar and I honestly loved the way it turned out. But she started giving me attitude when I said I wasn't going to need as much as she was telling me which I was right. I simply didn't want to buy more than needed especially not an extra two boxes. I carried on and continued to shop and wondered the store. As I'm finding my last items she's following me around the store and watching me, as if I was doing something wrong, it was the weirdest thing. But I grabbed my remaining items and went to her to check out cause the other lady was busy. During the check out process she was not nice at all and wouldn't look at me and when she did she just looked enraged. I tried to tell her thank you and to have a nice day, but I got no response. Maybe she was just having a bad day because the reviews on here are majority good!
