Was looking for some Drmtlgy brand stuff for my wife. There was none on the shelf unfortunately. Rose however was super helpful and took the time to go in the back and found exactly what I was looking for. She was super nice and seemed happy to help which is kinda hard to find these days. I haven’t worn make-up in about five years, and I needed some help, since I’m over 65 now, and my skin is really different. I just wanted some foundation and blush. Anyway, Nia assisted me. I sat down with a mirror in hand while she applied a couple of different tones, and showed me how to apply primer under a nice light foundation. She understood that I didn’t want anything heavy, or too noticeable. She was very, very friendly, and we laughed a good deal. Another woman was stocking shelves nearby, and I didn’t catch her name, but she was also very supportive and sweet. I actually had fun. This is the first time I’ve done anything like this. I used to just go to drugstores. So, Nia and the other woman are really terrific.

Terrible experience! I was buying some skin products. I didn't want to give my phone number or email. Just purchase and go. Well, Raven and Cookie said I could not buy ANYTHING, unless I gave my information. I asked for the manager, the manager came to the side of the counter, spoke only with Raven. Raven proceeded to ring up my purchase with major attitude! Retailers can ask, but cannot legally make it a condition of a basic in-store purchase. Refusing service because customers decline to share personal information can raise privacy issues and consumer-protection issues. Do better Ulta!!

Had a disappointing experience at this Ulta due to the manager, Alexis. She was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful when I asked for assistance. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she brushed me off and made the interaction uncomfortable. Poor customer service from someone in a management role really ruined the visit. I won’t be returning.

Every time I've walked into an Ulta, I'm greeted and helped out as needed. Friday afternoon around 4pm I went in, couldn't find what I needed, looked for help, and 4 girls were having a gossip chat rather than working. Ulta has been a good investment, however, since they've raised prices 30-70% in one year, I will no longer shop Ulta. Sephora, online, so many options. And since greedy companies are gouging customers, a recession is coming as consuner debt is through the roof, then 2 of those girls will be unemployed.

Never have I ever been treated the way I was treated today. Was basically accused of lying about a price that they posted on an item and besacially called a scammer because I have a coupon for the Ulta Student Rewards. All I can say is do better. No customer should be treated like this. Ever. I will never ever be coming back to this location.

I have given a lot of business to Ulta over the years. My complaint is that the Ulta in my area, which is Mount Pleasant South Carolina does not stock their items. I went in about a month ago to buy drunk elephant cream and they were out. I went back there today, assuming that they would’ve restocked the items, but my efforts were to no avail. I asked to speak with the manager and the person I spoke with told me they have no control over items that come in for being restocked so, in other words, yeah we hear what you’re saying, but we’re not gonna do anything about it. I understand I could order it through them and have it delivered but why would I go to the store if I wanted to do that? I may as well order this product on Amazon. I walked into the store because I wanted to walk out with the product. They have testers there and they should not have testers if they’re not gonna stock the product. It’s really too bad that I am now going to buy the majority of my skin care and make up on Amazon because it’s too frustrating for me to walk into a store and not be able to buy a product when they’re showing samples of that product but they don’t bother to stock it.
