If I could give 10 stars I would! Madison is absolutely amazing and I definitely will be recommending everybody to come get your hair/body products from here. Worth every dollar.

Have Been shopping at lush stores for over 12 years. Last year. 2023 I called customer service and they were able to call the store and get them to hold the complete soap the whole. I went in I spent close to $400 After christmas boxy sale. This year 2024 i asked if they could still accommodate me the same way. I was willing to pay in advance for the products and pick them up at a later date. As I am handicapped and needed my husband to drive me. Customer service called the store and the manager refused to hold the products for me. She also refused to let me pay in advance with a credit card for the products, And hold them, worst customer service ever. I am no longer a lush customer after this. I will spend my money in Bath and body and other places that don't mind. Allowing customers to pay in advance and accommodate them when they have a special needs. Shame on you lush, worse customer service ever. Update Jan 2024 spent $600 in store went to cut soap and soap fell apart called store and their customer service dept and wanted to return the soap amd get a cash refund, get this i was told even through i paid them cash because the soap was a Christmas soap i could not get my cash back and was only offered a gift card now the receipt says that if you aren't happy you can exchange or get a refund does not say that Christmas soaps are excluded i wonder if i was any other color than African American if i would have been treated like this , makes you wonder LUSH SHAME ON YOU THAT YOU DO NOT STAND BEHIND YOUR RETURN POLICY YOU ARE THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! Helpful staff. Store smells great. Interesting products and scents. Price seems a bit high for soap and bath bombs but self care is a must do spoil yourself!

Amazing group of ladies at this location! Very welcoming 😀 Katy really helped me find a true signature perfume scent. Will be going back when I visit from ATL.

My best friend and I stopped by here June 12 on a girls trip to Charleston and had the loveliest experience. All the ladies working were very kind and helpful. They were very knowledgeable of the products, made great recommendations without being pushy, and even helped us sample products. I wish I lived closer and was able to shop there more often!

Very welcoming store, staff greeted us inside. Store was filled with, bath bombs, oils, perfumes, body sprays, lip scrubs, makeup, soap bars, body scrubs, body glitter sprays, and so much more. I really was not expecting so much variety. The store is not very big so if it gets busy I can see it getting hard to move around in. We went in about 2 hours before close so it was not many people inside. I love how they had testers and even sinks for you to try a product out. It looked like most things went by weight unless there was a price attached to the items. I bought 3 soap bars for $23 total. For my very first time there it was a wonderful experience, I will be telling others about this location.

Lush products are 5/5. The customer service at this particular location, is 1/5. The older tall lady with brown hair (seemed to be the manager) was rude to me. Her attitude and tone of voice was unpleasant. Aggressively threw a sample soap in my bag. she did not make me feel welcome at all. I was nice from the get go but received unpleasant attitude. I will just shop online from now on. At least I don’t have to deal with rude staff!!
