I went there and bought some items but changed my mind in half an hour went back to return and they refused even though receipt say you can do it in within 7 days. Manager on duty was very unprofessional and rude. No one have their badges on. When I asked manager his name he refused and threatened me that he will go to lunch instead of helping me and then went and said he will come back in half an hour and then will help me. I will never ever will go back to that store and recommend everyone to avoid this store. He also would not give me any information to contact anyone in the company so I did write an email to the email I found on the bottom of the receipt. Let’s see if someone gets back to me

The store has cute products. It's like a mixture of Japanese/Chinese/Korean goods. Some items are pretty pricey and others are okay.

i was there shopping and the manager on duty was very unprofessional and unhelpful with the other customers in the store. i was planning to buy a few items but after observing that behavior i took my business elsewhere.

I had worst experience on 1/11/26 at this store. Manager is very rude and unprofessional. No customer service whatsoever. Please avoid this store if possible. Store manager on duty doesn’t want to return items even though receipt says a customer can within 7 days

There's barely anything and barley anything cinnamoroll the store was so small but the coworkers were nice not the stuff tho this is 2026 by the way

Finally some stuff I can buy for my daughter! No more superhero stuff. I bought the strawberry senbei rice snacks, they're so tasty! Salty rice crackers but sweet too. My son disliked them but 1 year old baby and 15 year old Chihuahua liked them. I bought a cute unicorn item to store baby's hair clips. Cant wait to go through all the store! Employees were friendly.

Some okay items most of them seem cheaply made and over priced in my opinion though. Waste of money. Also make sure you get clearance price items for the right price. They charged me full price for some clearance items
