Went recently about a couple weeks ago with my wife and kids. Great experience! Everyone was fairly helpful. I noticed they were a little more insistent on the phone number and the credit cardthing compared to other stores though but they were still nice! Did some research and it’s not personal (I don’t think they care that much and want to call us personally 😂😂😂), but they are forced to ask multiple times and to explain the benefits and if they don’t get enough signups then their hours are cut. Sucks how corporate ruin the customer experience because NO ONENOT EVEN THE FANG EMPLOYEES WANNA DO IT LOL !!!!as another review pointed out, but there still lovely outside of corpo stuff. Love my Ulta peeps! You slay girlies! As my daughter said lol

Randi is absolutely amazing! She always shapes my eyebrows perfectly and takes the time to make sure they suit my face. She’s professional, gentle, and truly talented. Highly recommend Randi if you want flawless eyebrows!

I'm a guy and I came in to buy a brush, the lady who helped me find a brush she did a great job with that. But I felt like the entire time she was talking down to me because I was a guy. I'm not going to put her name cuz I don't want to get anybody in trouble but I definitely think that some people should be retrained on customer service.

I was in Missoula on September 24, 2025 and visited this store to get a new perfume. I went through and smelled several on my own. I couldn’t find anything that appealed to me. Finally, someone asked if they could help me. I told the girl what I liked in perfumes. I like the fruity floral scents. I don’t know what she heard, but fruity floral is not what she was directing me towards. I finally just decided to get what I already had and worry about finding a new one later. I asked her if they had any 3.4 oz Ralph Lauren Beyond Romance in the back because there were not any on the shelf. She went back and looked and came back with a pink box and said yes. The box looked right so I just took it and went and paid for it. When I got it home, and opened it, it wasn’t right. It was Ralph Lauren Romance. I tried it hoping it would work, I didn’t like it at all. I was headed to Coeur d’alene, ID, so I took it and exchanged it there. Then I had to pay Idaho State sales tax to exchange it. I live in Montana and bought it in Montana, but the Idaho store is closer than any Montana Ulta. I intentionally bought it in Montana to avoid the sales tax. The employee at this store messed up and it cost me money. It’s pretty irritating.

Shopping was a wonderdul experience today. Getting older I had many questions on skincare products as my skin is changing. Miley took the time to explain different products to me. She was very informative and made me feel no pressure or rushed. Great customer service all around!

Honestly. I'm over this account stuff in stores, today on January 6th I was practically forced to put in a number and make an account, I told the cashier ( guy) no multiple times. I didn't want to cause a scene but I legit was being harassed by this man. I don't plan on coming back ever again.
