SEPHORA at Kohl's

The lady was nice but this Sephora is so damn lame. The old one in JC Pennys was 1 million times better.

Daijha and Emily were so sweet and helpful! My grandma, mom, sister, aunt, sister in law and I were all helped by these two employees and all really impressed with their knowledge and kindness.

Honestly the worst experience I’ve had at a sephora. IF YALL DONT ACCEPT SEPHORA GIFTCARDS WHY ARE YOU SELLING THEM?? that is honestly so ridiculous, first my sephora credit card which has worked for years when it was in JcPenney all the sudden does not work at this sephora? I come back after the first bad experience because i received a giftcard for christmas THAT WAS PURCHASED AT THIS LOCATION, and was told after shopping around for 20 minutes that they do not accept sephora gift cards because it’s not a stand alone location. maybe y’all could post a sign letting people know especially right after Christmas when people are coming to spend the giftcards purchased at this location before they waste time picking stuff out only to leave with nothing. None of the employees both walking around to see if any customers need help or have questions, all 4 associates were standing behind the register gossiping. I will never come back.

The store itself is amazing the workers though, always talking in the back hee hee hawing and no real help I had to basically help myself figure it out by asking if I can get it online and she was like mmm ya sure ig. Anyway, ulta is my go to cause I’ve never once experienced the unprofessionalism that I did at Sephora. They just hiring anybody now shiii hire me 😂

Went there today customer service was good however, went to find a few things and nothing was in stock, and the sephora credit card is not accepted there which really sucks had I known I never would have gotten one in the first place.

The employees do not ask if you need help, they seem to only be worried about talking in the corner. You cannot use Sephora credit cards OR Sephora gift cards at this location which is ridiculous. Will not be coming back to this store.

Brandy had "Colin Robinson" energy and really didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. Wasn’t helpful at all and actually said "I don’t know you’ll have to look around…" LOL Definitely made me not have the desire to shop at this location…
