Jana, From the moment I walked into her treatment room, I felt more at ease. The only tension I had was based on this being my first time getting a facial, a thoughtful gift from my daughter. Jana took time to get to know my concerns regarding my skin issues and early effects of aging. She was so caring, compassionate, professional and very thorough! Always checking in on how I was feeling before, during and after my treatment. I would recommend receiving treatment from Jana without hesitation! I hope to be back in the spring.

This place rocks!!! I've recently had three Skin Pen treatments with Jana to rejuvenate my skin. I am so excited about the results. A bit about me, 52 years old, head and neck cancer survivor with 7 weeks of radiation. Unfortunately the radiation destroyed my skin while saving my life. It left my lower face and neck rough, thin, wrinkled and dark red. After these Skin Pen sessions my skin is radiant, smooth, youthful and glowing!! I could not be happier!! I've been going to Botox and beauty for over a year but asked for a refund today for my membership . Unsatisfied all the way around with customer service and Natalia the PA, who administers the botox. Always running behind and never has the time or patience to listen to your concerns about treatment. They require a membership to get the discount for Botox at $10 a unit,otherwise it's $14, and you could pretty much find that price anywhere .So initially you pay $800 up front.Then follow up appointments are $200 for 40 units of Botox 3 seasons in a membership.Girls at the front desk are unhelpful at scheduling follow-up touch-up visits and can be very catty. Then my last visit, Natalia the PA, literally stopped in the middle of my Botox and called the girl from the front desk to take her lunch order. I was absolutely shocked , Botox takes 15-20 minutes and she couldn't devote that much time to my session without interruptions for a lunch order !!!! Completely unprofessional and disrespectful . As we all know Botox is very available everywhere now and days. Save yourself the grief and book with someone that gives you their time and respect.

I went to go buy my wife a gift card there and the front desk were so helpful, professional and knowledgeable. My wife also said that after her treatment there she loves the place and Natalia is amazing. Requested gift cards from here as all future gifts😉🙂.
