Aveda Store

This review is specifically for Jamie who was working today! She treated me and my three-year-old son with the best customer service, washed off his lollipop after it fell, and treated me with such kindness. I wish there were more people in the world like her. Thank you Jamie, you deserve a raise or a bonus!

I came to this Avenda for the first time this weekend and was helped by Jamie. To say my experience was wonderful would be an understatement. Jamie spent so much time going over the products that would help my thinning hair (I’m 27 for age reference). I didn’t feel like I was being sold snake oil, and after being educated about what was happening with my scalp, it made me feel confident in my purchase decision. She gave me samples to try as well, made sure I left feeling calm and excited about my new hair journey. Aveda is lucky to have Jamie a part of their team! She is seriously an angel and you can tell she loves helping people and loves Aveda. I tried the products for the first time last night and my hair and scalp LOVED them. So excited to see the results after a couple months!

Every time my husband and I come to Aveda at the Mission Mall, we are greeted with smiling faces and positivity. The ladies here are all so helpful and will answer any and all questions about Aveda products and help you find what you are looking for. Such great customer service!

Stopped by to get an additional product that I’d forgotten at my regular Aveda. The woman, possibly the Manager, was very helpful and gave me some additional information about their location and their point system. Very nice!

I'm hooked! I go to Aveda for nearly all my cosmetics and hair products as well as my haircuts. The staff goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service, and the products are all high quality and eco-friendly. You can always stop in for tea, a free mini-massage, or a hair/skin/scalp consultation but there is no pressure to buy anything. If you are interested in making a purchase, there are trial sizes of most items and a pretty good rewards program. I like to go on double points days and stock up on items I know I will be using. I also recommend going there for your haircuts. Haircuts are by appointment -- usually on Wednesdays -- and offered by professional stylists for a $40 tax-deductible donation.

I am thankful to Mindy for taking the time and examining my hair and the state of my scalp and recommending the correct shampoo and treatment, I have only used it 3 times and see a difference, I can go without using any heat. She also educated me about the science and spirit involved in the production of these amazing products.. Thank you Mindy. 🙏🙏
